杭州的房子以后不能随便拗造型了
杭州长什么样？用“三面云山一面城，一江春水穿城过”来形容轮廓，既贴切又动人。可具体到“眉眼”，就有点模糊不清了。
昨天，杭州市规划局公布了《加强杭州市城市特色风貌和建筑景观管理的指导意见》(下称指导意见)，每个城区都有重点区域(具体详见图)，在这个区块内建筑风格要统一，造什么样的房子、刷什么颜色的墙都需要经过审查，连路灯、路牌、广告、垃圾箱等也要有要求。
这个风格到底长什么样？
杭州市规划局详规处的董巧巧说，要做到自然与人工结合，以“山、水、城”为关键词，识别和提炼杭州区别于其他城市的最强感知的属性，突出城市与西湖、钱塘江、运河、西溪湿地等景观要素的和谐关系。
同时，还要保护西湖、西溪、运河、历史城区、南宋皇城五大传统风貌核心区，让建筑与风景兼容。
如果有人不遵守规划，随性装修建房怎么办？目前看来是基本不可能的。
重点地区建筑方案全部要审查，而且要引入三维数字模拟，看看你的建筑形态、风格、外立面、装饰等等，与周边环境是否协调；还要邀请人大代表、政协委员、市民代表等参与其中。
市规划局说，目前指导意见还没有出台细则，各城区重点地区什么特色都还没定，如果你有好建议，可以发送到“我们大杭州”微信公众号，我们会转达给杭州市规划局。
