in production management in large and medium sized enterprises with on-site team building and management （over 10 team members’ leader）
and with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management, equipment, production management and other management practices.（3-5 years plus working in Aviation Industrial enterprise which can bring the strong concept of Quality First and Non-compliance impact to Aviation authority or Tyre industrial enterprise which can have short handover and engagement to Dunlop Taikoo；）2）A very strong people manager, with the ability to work from their own initiative3）Has an intrinsic ability to help/support/coach and mentor people to deliver their best. subordinate staff and work together to complete the various tasks6）Good at learning, with a wide range of knowledge, a good intellectual quality and rich management experience, be able to assist the general manager of the work of innovative ideas, methods and programs7）Able to recognise the contributions of others8）Takes accountability to focus on the needs of the customer.Job Responsibility 工作职责MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Dunlop Taikoo （DTAT） Production Manager is primarily responsible for:1）Oversee all activities in the production department2）Ensure the systems and procedures at the production department are fully implemented and in good order.3）Ensure the quality of tyre retreaded are up to both the process standard and the safety standard such as CAAC, EASA, FAA ,DGCA etc4）Directly manage and control the qualified man power, material and machine/equipment/tool for tyres retreading process to fully comply with approved process and related requirement.5）Provide a retreading and related supporting activities and retreading and related supporting activities working area is in safe operating condition and cooperate with safety manager to drive SAFER system and keep away from potential safety hazard in daily operation.6）Manage and drive production operation matrix （retread output, OTIF, productivity, retread cost, etc.） in align with company objective.7）Sketch and develop subordinate team members’ capability in multi-task skill and soft skill for cross-boundary cooperation with the assistance from HR team & Quality team. 8）Work cross-functionally interface with all levels of the organization to make sure the effective communication and executing action in place.9）Drive continuous improvement mind set and kaizen culture down to front line operator level to align with company improvement strategic plan with the facilitation of BI team.10）Responsible for the performance appraisal of personnel at all levels of the production Department, as well as presenting the appointment and removal of management personnel inside the Production department to General Manager.11）Build up DTAT optimized retreading flowing process and make the pull system in place through VSM tool and basic lean tool, like 5s, TPM, VM, etc. to achieve the continuous efficiency enhancement and improvement.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: 监管责任-1）Ensuring China Plant retreading/production working activities are under the supervision of approved quality control system, and complying with approved process and specifications.-2）Ensuring China Plant a ‘safety first’ proactive working culture in place for all covered retreading and related supporting activities.-3）Ensuring China Plant retreading product （retreading tyres） with a higher marketing competition in Quality and prompt service.
