我刚刚高中毕业，即将进入大学学习，但是我的英语成绩很不好，所以打算用大一这一年的时间抓一下英语基础和成绩，以应对大学的四级考试，但是因为没有接触过，所以完全不知道从哪里下手，请各位给点建议，要过四级的话我应该要买什么样的资料，做些什么样的训练之类的，或者要怎么学才能把这一年的时间好好的利用起来，把英语补上去。越详细越好，最好精确到我没一天应该做什么之类的，谢谢~好的话，我还会加分的~

以下建议也许有助于你：①确定目标，坚持努力。②合理安排时间，保证在【学好专业课，通过公共课】的前提下，去准备四级考试。不然，误了专业课，或者某一门公共课不过关，那就不划算啦。③有专门的四六级考试网站，可以从那儿了解更多所需信息及资料。④每天安排一部分时间，如晚上9——11点，做一定量的【四级考试真题】，体会，熟悉应试技巧和考点分布。⑤每天坚持早、中、晚【一日三读】，朗读+阅读，培养语感，扩展知识。⑥最好，每月练习背诵或仿写【某一类题材作文】，每周一篇为宜，贵在坚持。附：英语四级冲刺应试技巧老实说，我也不知道该怎么让同学们在这么短的时间内提高英语成绩，以应付即将到来的英语四级，不过最近在网上查了下资料，加之，平常自己也有些许考场经验。

我要说的是学习英语不是恶补一下就可以的，是需要长期坚持去学去用才行，只有这样英语才属于你，才为你所用。英语是一种技能是一种工具。
我知道啊，这个四级只是个开始，我只是想从这里入手，坚持下来慢慢的把英语学好，但是对四级几乎一无所知，所以根本不知道从哪里下手
你现在对四级没有概念是很正常的，因为你还没开始接触它，到你上大一的时候，你可以请教你的同学、师兄师姐和老师，你要到那时候才能真正的用心去学英语的，现在说来我觉得还是早了。就好比你要学游泳，你就仅凭教材去看图去学就行了吗？是不行的。你必须要到水里面去才能学到的。
英语完全是靠平时的积累，还有平时语感的培养。多记单词
一年的时间是够的 不要把大学的四级英语想得太难 其实跟高中水平差不多的 如果基础很不好 建议先学会音标 然后买一本四级词汇本（例如星火之类的）然后做阅读 从阅读中学习单词和语感 你可以从简单的做起 最后多做历年真题 很有用的听力的话 是需要经常听的一个星期三次左右 每次一小时左右 不要连续听 否则耳朵吃不消 你可以去普特听力网或者大耳朵英语网站去随便逛逛 先听听符合自己水平的 再慢慢提高加油！要坚持啊！！！祝你一年后通过四级！

那你现在到底在什么水平啊？比如说你高考考了多少？如果自己很难说清楚的话最好从单词起步吧，有专门的四级词汇书的，推荐星火的，很有针对力的同时也要注重听力上的联系，买写真题练习，刚开始时每一篇可以多听几遍直到每句都听明白为止。关键还是在持之以恒。
多做就行了，高中英语成绩能有90分以上，能保持高中的水平就肯定能过四级，我高中英语水平就是90分，大一下学期考的四级，440刚刚过，阅读和听力最重要
