关于B股权、经营场址变更的通知尊敬的XX公司：首先感谢贵公司多年来对B的支持和帮助！ 由A控股的原B董事会出于战略发展方面的考虑于在号南京董事会会议上一致通过将B的股权对外出售的决议。2010年5月—9月期间，C与B股东就股权转让问题展开了多次谈判，于号双方共同完成C投资公司全额收购B100%股权的协议签署。C投资公司对B的生产、经营及未来5年内的发展做出了详细的规划，其主要内容如下：1、继续使用原B的名称、商标；2、将原B的经营场址搬迁到XXX；3、投资1.4个亿（RM旦籂测饺爻祭诧熄超陇B）将XX的产能扩展到年产2000吨，一期扩展到年产1000吨，产品将于2012年3月上市。
