Most jobs today require sitting for more than a few hours each and every day. We sit in our office chairs to work on the computer, talk on the phone, during meetings and just about anything else we do. Many of us spend more time sitting down everyday than we do sleeping at night! Why you need an ergonomic chair
Some people are tall, some are short.
There are many reasons for needing an ergonomic chair.

Our bodies were not designed to sit in a chair all day.
