The Equality Act 2010 made it illegal for anyone to ask a breastfeeding woman to leave a public place, such as a cafe, shop or public transport.
Full-time mum Carrie, from Caerphilly, said: “I wear nursing tops, so I can feed him whenever he’s hungry without anyone even seeing my breast.”
She added: “I did not want to make a fuss, so I just moved, but my son got upset and I got upset. I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible, so we paid the bill and left.”
David Sun, manager of Global Buffet, said: “We welcome everybody and breastfeeding is no problem at all.
“We deal with thousands of customers and we understand the law.
“We often have customers breastfeeding in our restaurant but often they ask a member of staff if there is a quite area available.
“On this occasion, the customer was sitting at the table to breastfeed, so one of our staff approached her to ask her if she would prefer to go to a quiet area that might be more convenient for her.
“We wanted to provide an alternative, but we certainly did not force her to move or inform her that she was not allowed to breastfeed.
“At the time, we had 130 kids in the restaurant on a school outing and we thought the customer might feel more comfortable in a more private area.
“We always provide assistance. It is a huge restaurant and we are always able to offer a quiet corner. We also have a toilet with a baby changing facility.”

My mother pharmacist asked her if she hadd any daughters because he liked black woman. long story short. I moved me and my kids into his home. he was separated from his wife for 8 years. he drank alot. I lost three jobs because of his drinking. He went to rehab. out of work for one year. I help him with a record deal. we got engaged i gave the ring back because he was still married. we brought a house together with the money from the record deal. We had many fights due to his drinking. I had a stroke. lost my sight. I cant afford the house. he wont pay the mortagae or the utilities. He now live in another home. He wont agree to sell the home we have together. My health and livlyhood has suffered from my relationship with him. He talk to his boss and any man about sexual racist things.
I have panic attacks and I am depressed. Can I sue him.

If he refuses to do so, you have a right to sue for contribution to get a court order to make him pay his share of the mortgage.
