这个区别我的记忆有点模糊。
首先是认为realized已经用了过去式,后面的have就不能再用过去式。
还有一个就是这里的被动语态我也说错了,应该是过去完成时的被动语态,
主语+had(hadn't)+been+过去分词+其他。
所以是D,抱歉。其实我的英语也一般。
