这句话有语法错误。appreciate 是动词。可以改成 I appreciate for your helping me without hesitation。或者 I'm appreciated for your helping me without hesitation。后一种基本不用。
appreciate 确实是动词，不能有be在前面，你肯定弄错了。但aggainst不同。be against

如果老师讲的话,应该会说因为of是一个介词,在定于从句中,介词后不能直接加that（标语从句中就可以）.你用them的话说明应该是独立主格结构,那后面应该就直接是,one of them being a convertible,如果按照你的想法用them,那这个句子的结构你可以看看,是两个并列的句子,中间不可能直接用逗号就能连接的吧.这里就是定语从句的用法,which指的是前面的two,从句嘛,就是跟随在后面的句子,这样就不影响整个句子的结构了.
