  广佛都市网讯& 在电器店买的燃气灶两度爆燃,人身财产怎保障?外地户籍的消费者来佛山购车,车行代办居住证服务费居然要两千?购买“纯天然”碧玺手链,发现竟是化学物料填充时怎么办?近日,佛山市工商局12315公布3个去年消费投诉典型案例,提醒消费者维护自身利益。
  两度爆燃的燃气灶谁敢用
  2014年10月,蔡先生在禅城区某家用电器店购买了一台价值290元的家用燃气灶。使用两个月,燃气灶就发生爆燃,幸运的是并未伤到人,蔡先生赶紧向商家反映情况。两个月后,商家给他换了一台同品牌的单头燃气灶。没想到的是,替换的燃气灶在2015年4月下旬再度发生爆燃现象。这一次,蔡先生向商家反映问题后,商家却不予理睬。
  无奈的蔡先生致电12315热线投诉。接到投诉后,工商部门执法人员到该家用电器店核查,要求商家对有质量问题的燃气灶作下架处理,不得继续销售。后经调解,商家最终同意为蔡先生更换一台不锈钢面的双头燃气灶。
  消费提醒
  市民选购燃气灶时,应注意选购产品的气源应与实际使用的气源一致,同时应选购具有熄火保护装置的产品,避免购买“假针式”或所谓“风吹不灭”无真正熄火保护装置的产品;购买前最好试火,检查其功能、燃烧状态、火力调节、风门调节等功能是否正常可靠;最后,切记选择标识明确、规范、具备安装资质和良好售后服务的知名企业、知名品牌的产品。
  代办居住证要两千服务费
  2015年9月初,罗先生在南海区罗村某车行订购一辆汽车,并支付了5000元预付款。他与车行签订的汽车销售协议上,明确约定车行一并提供包上牌、汽车保险、三年内保养等服务项目。但罗先生去提车时却遇到问题,由于他是外籍户口,车行表示若要为汽车办理佛山牌照,则需加收2000元居住证代办费用,或者由罗先生自己办理居住证后再办理车辆登记。
  罗先生认为双方已约定好“包上牌”的服务,临时加收代办居住证费用做法不合理,因此提出解除购车协议、退回预付款的要求。车行以罗先生单方面违约为由拒绝退款。双方协商不成,罗先生随后向工商局投诉。
  工商部门调解认为,双方协议中并未对购车总价款中“牌证费”一项的内容进行明确,并因沟通不充分而引起纠纷。最终,车行和罗先生达成和解,车行扣去1500元作为调配车辆产生的损失弥补,退回3500元预付款。
  消费提醒
  建议消费者在购车前及时了解我市汽车上牌的规定,咨询自身是否符合上牌、贷款条件,并在办理居住证后再购车;最重要的是,要与销售商约定在购车协议中列明具体收费项目、提车日期、上牌期限等事项。
  “纯天然”碧玺手链填充化学物
  去年,马女士在禅城一家饰品店购买一条价值6000元的碧玺手链,商家承诺该手链为“纯天然”的碧玺材质。但玉石鉴定中心的检测结果却显示,该碧玺手链经过处理,天然包体,但内有化学物质填充。对此,马女士向商家提出退货退款处理,协商失败后,向工商局12315热线求助。
  在调解过程中,商家解释为了改善玉石的外观,往往需要对玉石进行处理,这是行业内部通行的做法,因此只愿意为消费者更换其他款式的碧玺手链。后经多次协调,商家最终同意了马女士退货退款的要求。
  消费提醒
  消费者在选购珠宝玉石首饰时,首先要了解珠宝玉石的品种、成色、颜色、折射率等相关知识,要明白纯天然珠宝玉石会因色泽、净度、切工的不同而价值相差甚远,不要盲目相信商家所宣传的低价促销手段;购买价格较高的珠宝玉石时,要向商家索取购物凭证,要求在凭证上注明“纯天然”、“A货”等字样;购买后应尽快到有资质的珠宝玉石鉴定所鉴定,一旦发现问题及时维权。

  环球网记者张哲报道,据韩国国际广播电台11月1日报道,韩国三名登山队员10月18日在尼泊尔攀登喜马拉雅山安娜普纳峰的过程中,与地面失去联系。韩国方面虽然先后派出两支搜救队前去救援,但始终未能找到失踪者。目前,搜救队已停止救援工作。  报道称,韩国著名登山家朴英硕(音)当地时间10月18日下午随同另两名队员试图攻破安娜普纳顶峰,但是他们在海拔6500米高处和地面进行最后一次通话后,便与地面失去了联系。  报道指出,位于尼泊尔加德满都的搜救指挥部及韩国“大韩山岳联盟”都曾派搜救队前去救援,但是没能找到失踪者。指挥部方面已将停止救援的消息传达给了失踪者家属。失踪者的家属目前已经抵达尼泊尔,并在当地一所寺庙里与韩国救援人员一起举行了“慰灵祭”。  据悉,朴英硕去年在安娜普纳峰南段的同一地点曾进行过路线开拓,但当时遇到了暴雪天气,该计划没能成功。(责任编辑:小A)
