你好，这情况应该考虑体虚自汗，应加强体育锻炼，增强体质，可以服用玉屏风散加味；或吃些补气固表的中成药黄芪精口服液调理。

还有比买房更好的投资吗？--&&【事实案例2】还有比买房更好的投资吗被采访人：李少强年龄：55岁职业：电器厂技术骨干&我是第一批做股票的，也是第一批投资房子的，做这些都来钱，但一干实体就亏，亏了我一套房子啊。&上世纪80年代，老李退伍后留在郑州一家电器厂，分到了第一套40多平方米的房子。&我刚开始买房子时，并没想过靠房子生财，我是想干实体，但后来发现买卖房子来钱又快又安全。&2002年，在老李家属院附近拿地的地产商开始建房，老李坚持贷款购买了两套，以每月2000元一套的价格租了出去，这样不仅能负担月供还能有额外的租金收入。有了一部分资金积累，老李开始蠢蠢欲动，就和朋友去做矿石生意了，&我每天都在工地上，要负责安全生产，还要接业务，忙碌一年下来本都没回来，我想想不干了，靠租房子都比这赚钱。&尝到甜头的老李开始意识到房产的增值性远大于做实体经济。从那以后，老李开始不断购置房产。生意赚来的钱，只要回笼到一定的资金，就拿去买房，有的是住宅，有的是商铺，能现房的尽量现房，这样可以马上出租见效益。虽然有钱，但是精明的生意人当然不肯全部付清房款，而是首付能少付尽量少付，再以租养房。&我今年55岁，对这些年买房挣的钱已经很满足了。&老李每月拿着退休工资和房租，在家做做投资。现在再回想那段做实体投资的过去，已经感觉没有那么多的精力了。【案例解读】老李这样的楼市受益者在如今很常见，从理论上说，尽管房地产市场属于通胀的受益板块，投资房地产可以起到抗通胀的目的。但今年以来，楼市调控政策一轮紧似一轮，一波严似一波，投资者要面对限购令、首付提高、贷款优惠取消、税负成本增加等种种压力。且现在房地产投资也并不如前些年那样收益巨大，尤其是投资那些产品品质不怎么样，价格却虚高的楼盘。所以，即使在通胀的焦虑下，也切勿盲目通过房产投资的渠道打响财富保卫战。
