　　日前，中金所交易规则及其实施细则和沪深300股指期货合约公开征求意见已经结束，据记者了解，正式规则即将出台，为了保证期指上市后平稳运行，不排除期指保证金将高于12%的可能。记者获悉，在股指期货上市初期，保证金比例有可能定在15%。
　　根据信息反馈，为了强化风险管控，保证期指上市后平稳运行，届时保证金比例或将进一步上调。相关人士表示，12%是指最低保证金比例，最低保证金只是一个基准，未来实行的保证金比例不能低于这个标准。交易保证金比例不是固定不变的，交易所通常要根据价格波动性、市场流动性、股票现货市场状况、未来市场可能的情形等进行综合考虑，系统调整交易保证金比例。因此，依据规则规定，可以理解为沪深300指数期货上市交易之后，保证金比例不能低于12%，实际比例要根据市场情况而定，很有可能会高于这一比例。
　　据了解，中金所交易规则及其实施细则和沪深300股指期货合约征求意见自1月19日开始，截至1月29日，为期10天。在征求意见稿中，将股指期货最低保证金标准由10%提高至12%，取消熔断机制，某一合约单边持仓限额标准由600手降为100手。

　　期指四连阳后，周二开始显露疲态。当月、次月合约前二十名会员净空单11019手，较周一大幅增加近30%。　　本轮期指上涨以来，净空单便由较低位的2887手逐渐增加，目前已经接近历史高位。这让人想起2010年10月的期指急速上涨行情，在当时的行情末端，随着价格抬升，净空单亦呈快速上涨的趋势，并屡创当时的历史新高。　　期指四合约的总持仓量亦在周二再创历史新高，达到74702手。笔者注意到，自2012年以来，期指的总持仓一直在稳定增加，这说明有更多的资金流入市场，这可能对盘面风格构成一定的影响。不过5月份以来，总持仓出现快速上升，屡创历史新高。考虑到净空单不断增高，这不得不让我们警惕市场是否有回调风险。从历史走势看，当总持仓达到阶段性极值时，变盘的概率增加，这似乎再次验证了量在价先的规则。　　除了持仓数据总量上一些迹象值得我们注意外，单个会员持仓的变动亦有看点。周二，空头大佬国泰君安席位继续在5月合约增空，高达1059手，至此国泰君安在两合约上的持卖单已经高达10710手。中证期货亦不甘落后，一改前几日在5月合约减空的举动，增空464手。总的来看，两个主力空头席位的持卖单量已经逐渐接近历史高点。银河期货、海通期货、长江期货席位则分别增空445手、797手、456手，动作亦不小。　　相比起空头阵营的主动出击举动，多头显得比较谨慎，前十名席位大部分均减持。尽管我们不排除个别席位此举为移仓所致，但是多头在6月合约的回补量偏小，除国泰君安席位增多300手，其他席位均不超过200手。　　期指主力合约当前处于区间，正是前期套牢盘较多的区域，此时主力席位大幅增空，或预示短线调整压力逐渐增大。（责任编辑：小丙）
