按你的显卡配置，完CF应该很流畅的，FPS最起码能达到60帧，而你却感觉很慢很慢，看了楼上的诸多方法都没解决，我来给你出几个方法吧：
1.整个把硬盘重新格式化，重新分区，500G硬盘，这么分区：C盘82G，D盘81G，E、F、G盘各
101G。Win7系统最少要求30G的C盘，现在的硬盘都大，所以咱大方点，给C盘82G。
2.楼主是4G的内存，做个Win32位的系统就OK了，足以支持你的内存了！做64位系统浪费，而且
32位系统的Win7在兼容性方面多多少少的要好于64位的系统的！
3.换衣你整体机器的散热不好，从而造成机器内部高温，直接影响显卡的系能！故此画面感觉很慢
！买个酷冷笔记本散热器，风凉最大的那款，具体型号我忘记了，价格是120元左右！目前是笔记
本外接散热器里最好的一个了！
4.以上方法扔无法...

我也不知道啊
呃，我只是用一种比较委婉的方式，直接说就是——我觉得是温度的问题，你看下CPU的温度是不是过高了。就是这样。。。因为引起的原因很多，典型的就那几个。
电脑是什么时候买的？我感觉我的电脑也有这个问题，感觉不卡，也不是很流畅，尤其是玩CF的时候，你的配置没什么问题，如果是电脑使用时间久了，可能会有这个问题。而且win7系统玩穿越火线，相比较xp,确实会慢一点。
我的是2013年过年后买的，刚开始时32位的，后来我改成了64位的还不行，哎..
新机器出现这个问题，就只能说机器本身存在的一些不兼容或者兼容性不强的硬伤了，我那台电脑玩穿越，还不如同事用联想笔记本玩的流畅，主要是感觉节奏很慢，很不爽。你可以适当调低点游戏设定，个人建议，笔记本可以考虑买个大屏幕连接接口玩（我同事买了个22寸显示器玩得来很爽），XP系统可能会稍微快一点。

最好是换一个显卡，英伟达650 就不错
580也凑合，当然如果用这个也可以 平常保持温度不要过高
