今天4换后减震器缓冲胶，减震器没换，换上缓冲胶后运行中发现车尾很颠，返回检查，，，两个减震器都不能正常伸缩往复了，奇怪，换缓冲胶前运行没问题呀，难道拆装有讲究？

看见缓冲胶坏了，一直想换，结果换出大问题了。原装减震器用的很好，也没漏油。拆下后装回去试车跑了几百米就发现路不平都颠，再次拆开，减震器杆收不回去了？？奇怪，有高手解释吗？

08的高四，打开机盖 顶胶处可插进钥匙，大概8毫米的间隙，虽然没什么异响，但看过其他兄弟这个，所以琢磨着换个看看，以前有个兄弟发过详细作业，但是时间久了图片已看不到了。

升起后把车轮压下，这样前减震就掉下去了，顶胶会粘在车体上，拿个螺丝刀把顶胶敲下去即可，然后一人压车轮，一人拿顶胶，取顶胶的时候要斜着拿，我和朋友费了很大的劲拿下。

& &&&本次活动还发生了一点小意外，就是再第一次升车的时候，再往下压轮胎的时候，千斤顶倒塌，把我们吓了一跳，还好当时手没在取顶胶，要不后果不堪设想，所以一定注意安全，后来我们拉手刹的同时把车子的其他三个轮子全部用东西塞住，不让车子动，本次活动希望要二人参加，有一定动手能力的可以试试，最后祝兄弟们成功！

后面的避震筒，装不装减震胶套（就是避震顶橘黄色连接防尘套的东西）？ 好像那东西太长了 装上以后避震伸缩不了多少距离就顶到那玩意了啊。。

关于改装短弹簧 前减震有异响的,进来看下,或许有帮助
症状,3分之二方向, 低速起步,偶然&嘣&嘣&声,类似弹簧没有卡紧发出的声音
速度每小时20码以上 过宽度5厘米以上的小沟沟,小坎&&减速带,前减震 就发出&叽叽,叽叽&,的金属摩擦声音 速度越快,叽叽的声音就响的越欢..
(这个声音和 减震缓冲块,平衡杆胶套老化磨损发出的声音是完全不同的)
暂时处理办法,
去掉了 2厘米的铝块,弹簧最下端 套上一圈橡胶管 弹簧上端 和压盖之间 黄油伺候,平面轴承和弹簧压盖之间,同样黄油伺候,顺便更换 新顶胶 平面轴承,
拆减震前,弄点WD40,多喷喷,,&&装配期间,最好观察下 弹簧和压盖之间是否到位,平面轴承和弹簧压盖之间是否完全到位,&&
目前 去掉铝块后,感觉方向变轻,不是心理作业,视乎刹车点头又改善了一点
重点是更美观了,前后轮胎间隙 几乎一样,原来是 前高后低,嘿嘿
暂时没有再发出烦人的 叽叽 叽叽 金属摩擦声音 ,不知道能坚持多久,,,,希望别太快,

过明显落差的 不平路面&&减速带(至少(20码速度),前减震 发出 类似金属gen金属摩擦的尖锐声响,&唧唧&,&唧唧&,平时路上很容易听到,
已个人经验,跟平衡杆胶套,减震,顶皎 平面轴承,下摆臂,内外球笼,方向拉杆,球头,轮轴,发动机支架,基本没有关系,
改天把平衡杆2边的短吊耳换了试试

发电机啸叫1个礼拜,无法忍了&&转速2000最明显,转速再高点,就被发电机声音淹没了,
打算找个店铺换发电机轴承,碳刷还真难,
这么热的天,别折腾自己了, 咋直接汽配城买总成,国产法雷奥480米,
换下原车博士,旧件送汽修店,算是平时占位的一点补偿
效果,带空调起步顺畅不少,原本1,2档慢速时 开空调 那种&搓&一下的感觉没有了,最主要是起步,怠速,等红灯 那种嘘嘘的口哨声没有了,嘿嘿

另外更换下摆臂一对 4S 220RMBX2,, 几年没换的,建议更换下,440 也不贵,
普通小坑洼的水泥路,比原先感觉好太多
拆下 下摆臂同时,跟师傅打个招呼,紧固下 元宝梁的6-7颗螺丝,说不定平时上马路牙子,打方向慢起步 哒哒的底盘异响顽固会有所改善
