Breaking bad habits(A good habit) is very important to a successful life.Only with good habits can you expect to live comfortably or(and) work effectively.In contrast,with bad habits,he(在写作文时记得用第二人称或者第一人称，这样显得亲切，请尽量少用第三人称，可将此改为 we 或者you) will eventually turn out to be a wreckage of modern life(他也不会变为社会的败类吧？有点过头了，不过还可以修改为无法获得成功:you often do not have any success).
How to break bad habits,then?(To effect a change in habits) First,adequate time should be set aside for persevering good habits(you need to bring the action back into the realm of consciousness and regain the ability to make choices).
Second,you must give up (the表示特指) bad habits such as smoking and drinking too much alcohol(我想你是这个意思:Excessive drinking).
Finally,be (make) sure to insist breaking bad habits regularly.whenever you are found to have any bad habits,you should break it promptly.
So,it＇s high time that we took measures to put an end to any kind of bad habits.We may encourage people to break bad habits.And what’s more,people can be strict with themselves to cultivate good habits.
