關於le dalat indochine, 其實之前我係有光顧過覺得印象難忘才再想再去, 其實除此之外重有另外一個考慮的地方就係zanotti, 唔知你覺得呢間又如何呢? 4season的spa or massage應該幾貴下, 所以沒有考慮啊~ 如果價錢適中都想試下 ：）

I had dinner there around 1 1/2 yrs ago and I got the same feeling as u but few months ago my brother went there again he doesn't recommend!
I think the spa of Four Season is one of the most expensive in Bangkok, there are lots of recommendation here. /forum/viewforum.php?f=10&sid=c35df17145cfdcd96f961a588588cdef
I always go to ASIA HERBS ASSOCIATION, u can think about it!
On the other hand, try massage, it's always a good idea as well!

其實在第４日我會去完ｊｊ　ｍａｒｋｅｔ就去ｂｏｄｙ　ｍａｓｓａｇｅ，不過都諗緊再搵多日再去

To my experience, You need to make reservation or not subject to 2 condition:
1. Weekend like Firday and Saturday night, better make it!
2. Peak season for Hong Kong people, better make it!
You are not going in peak season of HK people (should be after 26th of January!) Celedon, I think no need! Sirroco, I think u better make it! You can let the hotel concierge to help u! I'm sure Four Season will provide a very very good service for u!

To my experience, You need to make reservation or not subject to 2 condition:
