经常打哈欠、腰痛、牙齿松动,那你可要考虑是不是肾虚了。下面给大家解析下肾虚密码。哈欠连连,精力不足。肾为先天之本,肾中所藏精气是人体生命活动的原始动力,肾精充足,则精力充沛、体力充沛;如果肾中精气不足,人的精神和形体得不到充足的濡养,则神疲乏力,哈欠连连。听力下降、耳鸣心烦。在中医理论中,目、舌、口、鼻、耳这五官与肝、心、脾、肺、肾五脏相对应,耳朵的听觉功能与肾气的盛衰密切相关,肾好听力就好。反之,当出现耳鸣、烦心、听力下降的症状时,可以多考虑肾阴虚。牙齿松动。肾主骨,骨靠肾精滋养,肾好骨才好。而齿为骨之余,骨头的好坏直接影响到牙齿的好坏。所以,肾与牙齿有着密切关系,肾虚则骨失所养,牙齿就会不坚固,出现牙齿松动的问题。 肾阴虚和肾气虚均会导致牙齿松动。头发脱落或须发早白。从中医理论来说,&发是肾之华,观发色可知肾气&,肾气不足,或思虑过度,头发都会受影响。正常情况下,40岁后会长白发,这是因为随着年龄的增长,肾的精气逐渐衰减,不能荣养头发,就会变白。这属自然现象,也不需治疗。但如果突然一段时间内头发变白,多是由于体内的气机紊乱造成的,要针对病因采取治疗。腰部不适。腰部是肾的&府邸&,肾精不足时,府邸供养不足,会出现腰痛等提示,一定要当回事。记忆力下降,变得&贵人多忘事&。肾精一方面养骨,另一方面也要养大脑,一旦常常出现忘事,提示你的肾精不足,骨髓亏损,牙齿已经有了隐患。肾虚靠食谱1、龙眼肉粥主料:龙眼肉15克,红枣15克,大米100克,白糖适量。制作:将大米和龙眼肉、红枣放入清水中,大火煮沸后再用文火熬30分钟,米宜熟烂,加适量白糖。每日早晚各热服1次,不宜过量。功用:健脾养心,补血安神。治心脾两虚,阳痿早泄,唇甲色淡,心悸怔忡,失眠健忘,食少便溏,神疲乏力,下肢浮肿。&2、琥珀核桃主料:核桃肉300克,白糖150克,精盐少许,油适量。制作:将核桃肉放入开水中,加少量精盐浸泡10分钟,挑去核桃皮,洗净,沥干;锅内放少量清水及白糖,熬至糖汁浓稠,投入核桃肉拌炒,使糖汁裹包在核桃肉上;换锅将油加热,投入粘满糖汁的核桃肉,用文火炸至金黄色,捞出,沥去油,晾凉后食用。制作:将大米和龙眼肉、红枣放入清水中,大火煮沸后再用文火熬30分钟,米宜熟烂,加适量白糖。制作:将淘洗干净的大米和绿豆加入适量水煮沸,再以慢火煮烂;撒上杏仁片,加白糖少许调匀晾凉食用即可。功用:补肾固精,温肺定喘。治久病或老年人肺肾阳虚气弱,阳痿,遗精,小便频数,腰酸脚弱,咳嗽气喘。还可用于老年或体虚所致便秘。3、拔丝莲子主料:水发莲子200克,油50毫升,白糖50克,红绿樱桃、面粉、干淀粉各适量。制作:将发好的莲子洗净,蘸上干淀粉;炒勺放油,烧至6成热,将蘸好淀粉的莲子放入锅内,炸至金黄色捞出、控油;炒勺刷洗干净放入白糖,注入温水加热,糖熬至浅黄色时放入炸好的莲子,颠翻几下将糖汁均匀裹在莲子上出勺装在抹过熟油的盘子里,将切好的红绿樱桃丁撒在盘中即可。功用:清心火,沟通心肾,有壮阳,防肾虚的作用。

  在杨式太极拳第三代传人杨澄甫先生口述、陈微明先生笔述的《太极拳术十要》中,松腰是作为很重要的一点来阐述的:“腰为一身之主宰,能松腰,然后两足有力,下盘稳固。虚实变化,皆由腰转动,故曰,命意源头在腰隙。有不得力,必由腰腿求之也。”
  腰部通过训练,能松动如弹簧、灵活如柳条、通畅如江河,如是则肾的功能就会增强,人的精力就会旺盛,腰主宰一身活动之职能也会发挥得淋漓尽致,从而使“力发于足,主宰于腰,行于四肢”的太极运动真正实现“气遍周身不稍滞。”
  笔者了解的太极松腰法至少有7种。本文主要介绍3种。
  ■第一种松腰法:上下蹲起■
  上下蹲起法(亦称面壁蹲墙法)是太极拳松透形体的关键一环,是一项全身性的均匀运动,也是保持良好身心状态的便捷之法。
  基本动作:面壁而立,两脚并拢,周身中正,全身放松,会阴上提,脚尖顶墙根,两肩前扣,含胸收腹,腰后突下蹲。下蹲时头不可后仰、不可倾斜,彻底蹲下后再缓缓上起。如此反复多次。下蹲时,可先想一下脚底涌泉穴,同时注意全身放松,腰向后突,使脊柱逐节放松下落;上起时,注意用百会上领或先想一下蓝天,然后再将脊柱逐节抻起、拉直。(图1)
  特别说明:刚开始,有很多人做不到位,可根据自己的身体状况,确定身体的姿势和两脚的距离。脚尖可以先离开墙,离多远以尽自己的力量能蹲下去为度。如年纪大或行动不便者,可以两脚尖离开墙根,两脚分开,以降低难度。甚至还可扶住树、床架,拉住门把手等支撑物往下蹲。一开始,动作不标准不要紧,关键是要坚持。经过一段时间的锻炼,随着脊柱、腰部松动程度的提高,就能顺利下蹲、上起了,此时就可以按照要求去做了——两脚并拢,脚尖抵墙,完成上下蹲起动作,每次下蹲以30个为一组,每天至少要蹲一组以上,多多益善。
  ■第二种松腰法:直腿坐■
  直腿坐松腰法主要目的是打开命门之窍,进而帮助我们尽快松腰。
  基本姿势:坐在硬板床上(铺一层褥子或盖一层薄被),两眼微闭,两腿伸直,两脚并拢,脚尖内翘(两脚竖起来),身体要直着,躯干和大腿之间的角度应小于90°。腰要向后放松,但骨盆和腰又不能斜着向后去,下颔回收,玉枕微上提,这样头就比较正了。这些就是对外在形态上的要求。(图2)
  特别说明:直腿坐的过程中,始终都要注意一个穴位——腰俞(在骶骨裂孔处)即骶椎和尾椎交界处,那里是腰的气血流注的地方。在身体弯曲的时候,一吸气,腰要向后放松后凸,一呼气放松之后,再注意骨盆中的股骨头、髂骨向外张,骶骨往后凸。还要注意胯关节,即腿部肌肉作内旋或外旋用力,然后放松,体会哪块肌肉在动。另外要注意大腿股四头肌使劲往回一缩再一放松,再配合着会阴一缩一放,脚尖还可以配合着一跷一点。经常这样做,一方面了加强会阴收缩向腰部集中的力量;另一方面还能帮助大腿根部的肌肉群放松。
  ■第三种松腰法:行走松腰■
  行走人人都会,但是,通过行走松腰,则不是人人都知道的事情。行走松腰法,可有效的促进我们的生命活力,实现身心健康。
  基本姿势:保持上身与地面垂直的姿势,不要前俯后仰,将体重慢慢放松地移到后腿,在体重移动的同时,前腿随着渐渐地放松并被动地提起脚跟,使脚尖点地,直到将体重完全移至后腿,前脚完全放松,腰部骶椎呈后凸的弯状。随之,体重移向前腿。依然保持上身与地面呈垂直状的姿势,在将体重慢慢前移到前腿。在体重前移的同时,后腿逐渐地随之放松并拖得脚跟提起,使得脚尖点地。直至将体重完全移至前腿,后脚完全放松,腰部呈竖直状。在行走的过程中,最好能不间断向前走。
  特别说明:走的过程,要放松身心,可数着步伐走。如果能按照8步到10步一圈的方法走,则效果更佳。转圈走,不仅仅能松腰,而且松胯的效果也很突出。走的时候,要像古人说的:“行如盲无杖,自然依本份,举步低且稳,踏实方可进。”初习者每天早晚各练一次,每次走30分钟~1小时左右,逐渐增加,如为了治病,则最好能达到一次连续走转1小时30分钟以上。如身体不适,可适当休息一下再走。
