The fifth generation disciple-german(descendant), Master Li Shiquan, he was borned in 1975. His ancestral home is in Zhoukou of Henan province, lives in Beijing. When he was young, he learned Guoqi Chui from Master Li Mingfang, next he followed Xinyi Masters Su Xunguang, Ma Jizhou of Zhoukou of Henan, after that he learned from Master Li Yingdong who is the son of Xinyi eminent authority Li Changyou of Qi county of Shanxi province. After the Xinyi Masters’ patient teaching, he got the essence of Xinyi Quan. In 1998, he went to the Gathering Friend Martial Art Club for learning Bagua from Master Li Gongcheng. Among his training, he also got the patient teaching of Masters Yang Kefa and Ma Chuanxu, and also got the essence of fighting usage and Lv style Kungfu of Making Good Health. He also got the essence of Making Good Health methods and inner-boxing fighting usage from Yang Zi River knight-errant Lv Zijian who is already 116 years old. After the grand master Lv Zijian and Masters’ patient teaching and his training hard and soul, he already formed the unique style of his own. In 2005, he was appointed as the vice secretary-general of Beijing Martial arts Association Bagua Zhang Research Board. Now he is the dean of the Dragon Culture Martial Arts School.
八卦追风掌：是八卦门实践与智慧的结晶，是由八卦掌第五代传人李世全先生集众门派武术之精华、数十载练功之心得，创编而成。此掌法精绝，奥妙无穷，该掌在御敌时势势诱敌深入，杀机暗伏，招招如惊涛拍岸，奇招叠出，时而风和日丽，碟嬉花间；时而风云突变，势如奔雷；时而犹如飞燕穿林，似影似幻，是一种以掌法变换和行步走转为主的拳术。其步法灵活，掌法诡异，以闪化多变的技击特点在武林中独树一帜。

八卦掌64掌对练技击
神州精华武院，是由长江大侠吕紫剑、八卦掌泰斗李子鸣和太极拳泰斗吴图南的再传弟子李世全先生创办，是中国首传内家拳的武术院，是古拳法龙盘虎踞的胜地，是密传绝技聚集的宝库，是成就武术人才的摇篮，是当代实力派武术院。武院新区占地面积200余亩，环境旖旎，风光秀丽。院长李世全先生为弘扬民族文化，打破数百年绝技不轻传的传统观念，首次将古老神功八卦掌、太极拳、心意六合拳、八极拳等拳种系统地公开于世。
办学模式：采用全封闭军事化管理，以传统武术为特色，以学生的文、武、德、智、艺等方面全面发展为己任。

招收对象：热爱传统武术、品貌端正、无犯罪前科者，均可到我院报名学习。
武院主要传授内容：
内家拳班：八卦掌、太极拳、心意六合拳、形意拳及各种独门兵器。
外家拳班：八极拳、地躺拳及各种器械等。
特训班：擒拿格斗、自由搏击等。
保安班：招收18—25周岁、品貌端正、无犯罪前科、身体健康的社会青年和退伍军人，身高170cm以上。培训期六个月，期满经考试合格后可输送到各大企事业单位工作。
教练员培训班：须有很好的武术基础，经培训后，输往国外拳馆和国内各大武校任教。
院长贴身弟子班：传授八卦掌、心意六合拳、太极拳、形意拳之心法及点穴术及高层武学等。
毕业去向：学习期满且考试合格者，统一颁发毕业证、拳师证、教练证，成绩优秀者可推荐到国外拳馆和国内各大武术院校、武警和特警部队任教。
