使用作为发动系统的设备时都会冒出一缕缕的黑烟,这个黑烟不仅造成周围环境乌烟瘴气,对环境的危害尤其的严重,所以解决柴油机冒黑烟的问题是业内人士所头疼的问题。但是要怎么解决呢?下面我们来了解下为什么会冒黑烟呢?柴油机冒黑烟主要原因还是由于燃料转化率不完全造成的,除了设备自身结构设计之外,还有可能是操作人员有些没有注意到的细节的问题。那有没有解决办法呢?主要的解决方法有以下几种:一:柴油机的邮箱是没有密封的,长期的与空气进行接触,造成空气中的一些悬浮杂质以及尘埃等落入空气滤清器中造成进气口被堵塞,造成内部燃烧提供空气不足,而造成燃烧不完全,所以建议在较为恶劣的环境中应该应该勤清洁,而空气较为良好的环境中可以隔一段时间进行清洁,并定期的更换空气滤清器。二:也可能是燃料质量不好,造成油箱内部的油管通路等堵塞,造成供油不充分,最佳的解决方法是更换电磁阀。燃料质量不好的话也可能会造成燃油滤清器损坏,内部的油变质造成冒黑烟的情况,严重时还可能会损坏燃油系统,如果发现燃油滤清器不达标了一定要及时的进行更换。三:燃油系统的油管由于油质不良而造成一些杂质附着在管路表面,所以要定期的清洗油管,加两次柴油添加剂可有效的改善冒黑烟的情况。_____-

柴油机冒烟怎么办
排气管冒烟了
柴油机在有负荷的情况下,运转不均匀,排气管排出黑烟或白烟。
排黑烟一般是喷油量过大,各缸喷油量不均,喷油时间过早,空气滤清器堵塞,活塞环磨损过度或各开口间隙对口,调速器失常,最大油量限制螺钉调整不当等。排白烟一般是喷油时间过迟,喷油泵各分泵喷油不一致,喷雾不良喷油器滴油,燃料系统中有水或进空气等。
诊断与排除时用单缸断油法检查各缸喷油量。若检查缸不再冒黑烟且柴油机运转变化很小,为此缸喷油量过大应检修该缸喷油嘴或喷油泵。若各缸喷油量都大,应检查调速器调节齿杆的刻线位置是否正确,飞重块是否卡滞。当上述检查无异常发现时,应检查喷油时间是否失准,必要时按规定给予调校。
排白烟多是由于喷雾不良使燃油得不到燃烧而呈白烟排出。仍可用逐缸断油法来检查,找出故障的喷油器,调整其喷油压力。排气冒白烟而且发动机无力,容易过热,则说明喷油过迟,应调校喷油准时。

舱的干净与否其实不光光关乎到爱车的整洁和体面,其实还关乎着爱车的安全问题。首先是发动机随着常年运转,避免不了各种油液的蒸汽生成的油泥,这些油泥与灰尘污垢混杂在一起受热,成为自燃的隐患之一;其次是大量灰常在有湿度空气的结合后会呈泥状附合在零件与管路上,加快零件老化与损坏;最后是一些较脏的发动机舱更容易成为野老鼠和小爬行动物的窝,所以发动机舱的清洗势在必行。下面编辑给大家推荐一套DIY清洗方法。一、准备清洗工具1、发动机外表清洗剂(有叫发动机舱清洗剂或其他的,有泡沫和雾状两种)和发动机线束护理剂(发动机上光剂等)。这两样东西价格不贵,能够在任何汽配店买到,一共花费60元,如果会砍价,还能更便宜。2、一把小刷子,刷头的宽度不要太大,发动机舱的缝隙多且狭窄,用窄头的更方便。3、一个口罩和一双手套。发动机外表清洗剂对人体有一定危害,闻起来味道很刺鼻,所以最好准备这两样东西。二、寻找停车位置虽然不用水枪冲洗,但清洗后仍会有污水流到地面上,对环境不利。李辉建议在进行发动机清洗前,将车停在有排水口的地方,比如小区和道路边的井盖处、下水道旁。三、拆卸发动机装饰盖为了发动机舱的美观,现在很多车型都设计了塑料装饰盖。很多车主把装饰盖擦得很干净,觉得这就是爱护发动机了,其实它只是一块塑料而已,下面覆盖着的油泥还是原封不动地在那里。所以说想要彻底清洗,首先需要将这个塑料盖拆卸下来。塑料装饰盖都是用卡子固定的,直接用手抓住盖子的边缘向上拔就可以拆下来。不过部分车型的盖子会连接其他管路,比如老款的就是将设计在塑料装饰盖里面,拔下来之前需要先拆下所有的管路。拆下塑料盖子后,就可以看到发动机的主体,会发现它比塑料盖子脏多了。开过几年的车辆,在汽缸盖罩盖上或者是加注口附近都会有一些油泥,看起来就像是灰色的亚光漆,想用水冲掉这些东西可就太费劲了。四、清洗油泥发动机外表清洗剂上场了。先用布或者是刷子对发动机舱进行简单的除尘,然后就可以用发动机外表清洗剂操作。李辉提醒,如果是刚刚停车,先别急着喷清洗剂,等5分钟左右,发动机稍微冷却一下再清洗,否则会&激着&发动机。首先摇晃发动机外表清洗剂瓶子,待其均匀后喷在发动机舱内的零部件上。喷洒距离以15厘米左右比较合适,尽量喷洒的均匀一些,油泥多的地方着重处理一下。需要注意的是,发动机舱内的部分零部件是避免沾水或清洗剂的,比如保险盒、点火线圈、发电机和E-CU行车电脑等,最好做一下防水处理(用塑料布遮盖)。这些零部件可以单独,建议将清洗剂喷在一块布上然后对它们进行擦拭,同样有效。除了以上提及的不能沾水(清洗剂)的部分,其他部件清洗方法都是一样的,清洗的原则就是能用手触及到的地方都尽量洗到。五、小刷子清理在喷完清洗剂后,需等待5分钟左右,让清洗剂继续&吃&油泥,直至完全将它们化解。然后用小刷子进行刷洗,可以明显看到油泥化开的效果。发动机舱内的缝隙比较多,需要耐心刷干净,因为之后还会喷上剂(相当于上了一层油)。如果洗不干净,脏东西就封在里面了。发动机的进气歧管有金属的、也有塑料的,很容易黏上油泥,颜色非常难看,而且不容易清洗掉,需要用刷子&清洗&。另外,发动机舱内还有走电、走油液的管路,这些也需要洗干净,防止油泥和其他污物对它们进行腐蚀,造成泄漏。这些带有纹理的管路也是一个棘手的工作,需要慢慢清洗它们。最后千万别忘了把刚才拆卸下来的塑料装饰盖也喷上清洗剂洗一下。六、用清水洗干净清洗剂在化解油泥后,还是会附着在发动机舱内的各个零部件上,所以在它们即将风干之前,要用清水冲洗干净。这里说的用水清洗并不是玩命去冲,与高压水枪冲是两个概念,只是为了将已经化开的油泥冲掉,因为光用麂皮或布是擦不干净的,化开的油泥会继续糊在各个零部件上。如果经验不足或者是对于发动机构造不太了解的话,李辉建议使用小型设备,比如矿泉水瓶或者是浇花的小喷壶,这样可以保证动作更精确,不会水花四溅伤及无辜。用它们清洗比用高压水枪的&副作用&要小多了。不过在用水清洗前,还要做一下防范措施,就是先启动发动机保持怠速状态,原因有两点:一是防止点火线圈等关键部位溅到水后,造成短时间启动困难二是发动机运转后,机体温度会上升,可以加速水蒸发变干。七、线束护理剂用水清洗后,一定要将发动机舱内部件上的水吹干,气枪吹干是最好的方式。如果没有,只能用麂皮或吸水性能好的布擦干(最好别用毛巾,会掉毛),然后待其完全晾干。如果讲究点儿的话,建议给发动机舱喷上一层线束护理剂(也有叫&发动机舱上光剂&之类的名字),原理是一样的。这类用品可以在汽配城购买,价格在20元~50元之间。使用方法很简单,待清洗干净的发动机完全晾干后,将线束护理剂均匀地喷在发动机舱内的各个部件上就好了,其作用可以防止油泥积累,可以减缓线束老化,减小老旧车型自燃的几率。李辉提醒不要用表板蜡代替,因为表板蜡是比较粘的,喷上后会黏上很多灰尘,看起来反而更脏。
