刚修一台海尔D29FK1不通电，保险管是好的，300V电压正常。断开行测B+有40V左右，带灯泡B+无电压。电源用CQ1465的，代换PC817，431不行，因没有CQ1465就没代试一下。查电源初级未见问题。不知怎样下一步修了？急！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
