关于PPPOE: webrequest.timeout timeout.路由器连不上网的问题

用路由器拨号上网，显示PPPOE: request timeout.就是服务器无响应，但是直接用电脑连网线可上网，MAC地址_百度知道问个奇怪的电脑路由器问题，困扰2天了，百思不得其解
我家里的路由器，昨天我重启下了，然后就一直连不上网但是拔掉路由器直连猫就能上但是，本来以前路由器坏了，但是问题是我今天新买了个路由器也是连不上，都是提示Failed to connect to ISP server, maybe WAN port cable is unplugged. PPPOE: request timeout.但是，还有更奇怪的事，所有指示灯全部正常，就是用路由器连不上网然后，我打电话给电信局，他们一口咬定是路由器坏了，因为我能直接通过猫连到网我给路由器那边电话，他们说可能是电信局端口问题，不是路由器问题我网上也找了很多资料，试过很多办法，还是不行但是，更有一个奇怪的事情是，这种情况我前几个月也出现过一场，但是我什么都没动，出差5天回来竟然可以了这到底是什么原因？ 目前来看，路由器，网络，网络连线全部没坏，就是用路由器上不了网设置什么的更没问题，都用了N年了
看看你路由器的MAC地址克隆选项里当前MAC地址是否和电脑网卡MAC地址一致；有可能是被电信运营商限制MAC地址了。

[quote][pid=]Reply[/pid] [b]Post by mussolini ( 16:18):[/b]这个怎么看的？[/quote]在浏览器界面输入你路由器的IP地址进入路由器管理界面，然后找“MAC地址克隆”选项，查看第一栏里显示的MAC地址是什么；然后和你网卡的MAC地址比较一下(方便省事，这个你直接下个魔方3之类的工具软件在网络设置里可以查到本机网卡MAC地址)，就可以看出是否一致。如果不一致，利用你路由器的MAC地址克隆功能将你路由器的MAC地址改为和你机器网卡一致的地址，然后重启路由再试试。修改之前最好备份一下原路由器设置和MAC地址。The page is temporarily unavailable
