Chef Laurent Tasic
Chef Laurent Tasic hails from La Mure, France. Prior to settling in Fort Lauderdale, he owned and operated
many restaurants abroad in Europe, the French Antilles and Cayman Islands.
He studied at Lesdigui�res, L��cole H�teli�re and
briefly at Le Cordon Bleu. He was the Chef at
the famed Pavilion des Princes, Paris as well as the royal favorite, The Texan in Monte Carlo.
Laurent has a love for preparing homemade, French country cuisine with skills adopted from
helping his grandmother in her farm kitchen as a young boy.
