C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp这是什么文件夹啊？？怎么有时候ＩＥ下载时，路径明明是存在桌面上的，可是桌面上没有，在上面那个文件里，这是怎么回事？？

这是电脑WINDOWS系统临时存储的文件夹，会把浏览者浏览过的网站或者其它记录保存在这里，如果下次打开相应的地址，电脑会更快提取文件，甚至在没有网络时也能查看到，这样是非常不安全的，我的经常看我很多自己保密的文件，最好能及时删除掉。

IE的缓存文件夹，比如有的视频缓存，mp3缓存，图片，flash动画，都缓存在这里面。方便你下次打开的时候快速显示网页。你用优化大师就可以清除这些历史文件和垃圾文件了

I have tried saving in numerous locations, including my desktop, so I do not understand why my 'contents cannot be changed'.
A few diagnostic commands might shed some light on this issue. Try this:
1. Click Start, then type the three letters cmd into the Search box and press Enter.
2. Type these commands and press Enter after each:
&& set& user& & "%UserProfile%\desktop\Test.txt"
&& set& temp && "%UserProfile%\desktop\Test.txt"
&& cd& /d& "%UserProfile%"
&& dir& /x& ..& && "%UserProfile%\desktop\Test.txt"
&& cacls& "C:\Users\CHRIST~1\AppData\Local\Temp"& 1&& "%UserProfile%\desktop\Test.txt"& 2&&&1
&& copy& %comspec%& "%temp%"& 1&& "%UserProfile%\desktop\Test.txt"& 2&&&1
3. Open the file Test.txt on your desktop
4. Copy and paste the text into your response.

This is strange. The last command I asked you to execute copied a file to the very folder that your error message reported as inaccessible! In other words, the success of the copy process contradicts the error message. The remaining commands all confirm
that your setup is correct and that there is nothing strange lurking there.
What are the exact circumstances under which the message is generated?

I tried downloading Itunes and GOM player for my music and got that message every time.

Well, you can try this work-around. Whether it will work is uncertain.
1. Create a Restore Point.
2. Log on under your normal account.
3. Click Start.
4. Type the three letters cmd into the Search box.
5. Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter
6. Click "Run as Administrator".
7. Type the following commands carefully and press Enter after each:
&&& set T="%UserProfile%\Temp"
&&& setx& temp "%T%"
&&& setx& temp "%T%"& /m
8. Reboot the machine.
9. See if the problem is resolved.

I'm not really surprised. Does the problem persist when you create a new account, then log on under the new account?

Hi, I've been having so many problems with downloading too and have the same error message presenting each time.
I wanted (or was advised) to download Microsoft Silverlight in order to try and sort out a problem in hotmail email messages, (I can't click on the attachments, smiley icons etc, the hand doesn't show, just the cursor and it will not allow me to click on it).
I have tried the first suggestion above yet, but am wondering if I should log in under a new account.
I've tried creating a new folder and called it downloads, but it still presents the same message.
Please can anyone help?

And here we all are, six months later, on the Microsoft 'answers' web site, with no solution, no update, no indication anyone at Microsoft is even working on it.
"Roll back to a previous restore point"
"Reinstall Windows"
"Create an Administrator Account"
"Take ownership of this, take ownership of that..."
etc. etc. etc.
Why can you not save to your own desktop, or other folders? Why would an administrator not have access rights to all areas of their computer? How do you all of a sudden lose access rights if you had them at some point? Nothing. Nada. Zip.
This is why I'm saving my money for a Mac. This OS is BS. Sick of it!
When you do the math, the REAL MATH that includes all the lost time due to trying to figure out why my computer isn't working like it should, I've realized that the Mac isn't as expensive as it first appears.

这个是你使用word 时产生的零时文件，没啥用，可以用一些软件进行垃圾文件清理应该可以去除，可以用鲁大师，金山毒霸等

尊敬的联想用户您好！应该是清理磁盘碎片或者垃圾文件导致的，建议使用sfc /scannow自动检测并修复系统文件。步骤：在开始菜单中展开“所有程序”－“附件”－“系统工具”，用鼠标右键单击“命令提示符”，在弹出的右键菜单中选择“以管理员身份运行”，然后在命令提示符中执行：SFC /SCANNOW

这个默认是隐藏的。要设置打开才能看到。打开方式：工具--文件夹选项--查看--隐藏受保护的操作系统文件（推荐），这个选项去掉勾。然后再将显示所有文件和文件夹选上。然后你就可以在C盘里找到你要的东西了。
