接收RTU－DISACDT规约
本规约用于总控和采用DISA CDT规约的设备/系统之间通讯，其中总控作为DISA规约主站方。DISA规约是以DL451-91循环式远动规约为基础并进行了扩展，可适应变电站综合自动化系统多种信息传送要求的电力远动规约。程序参考的规约文本是公司内部规约&&DISA通信规约(v2.01)&&（Q/GDNR003-2002）。在NSC200/300总控程序中实现了对其它采用DISA规约设备/系统的遥测、遥信、遥脉信息的接收功能，对时、遥控功能，以及保护信息上下行的传送功能。目前支持的保护规约是传送ISA(V2.01)/LSA-P(A0版)/DFP(V1.00)保护信息，即DISA规约中控制字0X72报文处理，支持将接收到的保护报文以网络103报文上传，同时可进行保护转遥信处理。保护信息的格式参见&&关于DISA规约的补充说明&&（Q/GDNR003-2002）。
2 通讯规约设置
通讯规约的设置比较简单，只须用NscAssit通讯组态软件在所需的串口选用“调度类”“接收DISACDT规约”，再设置相应的串口通信参数即可，如转发表、波特率、校验方式、传输方式、遥控方式、数据位、停止位、通讯方式等。
每一串口都可以设置为本规约，但为节省资源，本程序支持的最大串口个数是4，故实际使用时设置本规约的串口数不得超过4个。由于每个节点最多配置遥测192个、遥信512个，如接收遥测、遥信数量较多，一个串口须配置多个节点，每个串口最多可配10个节点。 DISA规约报文中有工况报文（帧类别0x0b），表示该装置各通讯接口通讯状况，可在总控设一个节点，节点类型为“自诊断节点”。则下位机通讯工况存入该节点的遥信数据中。 保护转遥信设置：在节点设置中设置“保护转遥信”个数，然后在组态“其他”“保护转遥信”设置窗口中根据保护规约设置相应参数即可。
