打开vm虚拟机后 设置u盘为第一启动项& &winpe进入后&&一段时间&&就提示
Operation on file &\\.\PhysicalDrive1& failed.
If the file resides on a remote file system, please make sure your network connection and the server where this disk resides are functioning properly. If the file resides on removable media, reattach the media.
Choose Retry to attempt the operation again.
Choose Abort to terminate this session.
Choose Continue to forward the error to the guest operating system.

字面的意思是重新让vmware附着移动设备
PS： vmware u盘启动需要把usb映射成本地磁盘再启动吧，似乎用u盘启动这个问题之前有讨论过，你用关键词搜一下本区帖子找找思路

我也没玩过u盘启动（我一直觉得那样很蛋疼，最主要是我没装vmware）
