It is said that a two week critical pedagogy training programme will be held in Beijing during the second term. I find it a good opportunity to improve my skills. And therefore I’d like to ask for a two-week leave. I would appreciate it if you could permit it.
Now it’s my first term in our school. As a teacher, I think it’s my responsibility to pass on my knowledge to the students. However, the way of teaching students is vital. For lack of experience, I encountered some difficulties in my lessons.
We all know that wonderful pedagogy promotes the teaching standard, which will be beneficial to the students. There I will get professional training from the experts and receive suggestions on my teaching skills. And therefore, I can deeply understand how
to be a more qualified teacher and perform better.
In addition, we have talked about the common problems when having classes in the teaching seminar last week. As a result, I will communicate with the experts to find out the solutions to those problems during the break. I firmly believe that it will renew the methods of our teaching and do good to our school.
By the way, attending to the training will cost me 2000rmb, which is a great amount to me. I’m wondering whether the school will pay all or some of the course fees for me.
