摘 要 据统计，我国现有老年人口1．32亿，并每年以3．2％的速度增加；80岁以上的高龄
老人每年以5％的速度增长，而全国卧床、生活不能自理的病人和老人有2，700万；半
身不遂病人有70万人，82万老年痴呆病人中有30％总计24万人卧床不起，老龄化问题 已上升到事关国计民生的大事。由于实行计划生育，我国人口结构将成4：2：1趋势发展，
每个家庭的负担也越来越重。因此，有一套合适的护理系统帮助老年人生活自理，减
轻家庭负担，是儿女们的孝心，也是老人的心愿。 随着中国老年人口数目日益增多，老年人的护理、保健和康复日渐成为全社会关
注的重要问题之一。人们对生活质量的要求不断提高，使得原有的老年人护理保健方
式急需变革，护理人员的纯体力护理方式越来越不适应社会和家庭的护理需要，而社 区专人护理和自动化、智能化护理设备的运用正是解决上述矛盾的有效途径。本论文
研究了一种机器人化的多功能护理床，它是一种能有效减轻护理人员劳动强度，增强
