车用仪表指针

目的和理由：
随着车用仪表显示效果要求越来越高，做为指示用的仪表指针其导光性能、美观要求，可视性和显示舒适度要求越来越高，另一方面由于与仪表配套的仪表机芯逐步标准化后由专业企业生产，根据近年来这一技术发展特点如何解决两个产品匹配之间的配合问题、保证产品具有互换性的同时提高产品质量水平、减少开发过程中不必要的投入和损失，制定一个用于指导行业内企业选择产品和质量监督控制、减少质量纠纷就显得十分迫切。 虽然目前产品生产和使用规模很大，配套量、流动量和制造企业数量更是在快速增长，但至今还没有该产品的行业标准，已不能满足车辆仪表行业对该产品的发展要求，目前只能参照汽车仪表标准要求组织企业产品的设计、检验、试验和验收工作。但由于涉及产品的安装方式、输出方式、使用效果的不同，与仪表产品本身相比，从生产加工、配合可靠性、质量保证、到技术要求均有较大区别，参照目前的汽车仪表标准从事专业产品开发和质量控制显然是不适合的，所以适时制定专用标准非常必要。
适用范围和主要技术内容：
本标准适用于车用仪表用指针。标准内容主要包括产品范围、产品分类、型式参数、产品技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、贮运和贮存等主要内容。
国内外情况简要说明：
车用仪表用指针产品是一个技术快速发展的产品，新材料和新技术、新工艺不断推广，随着国内外市场汽车仪表市场和各种视觉要求的新设计，新技术产品市场用量大幅度提高，产品研发和技术水平得到前所未有的发展，特别是新的导光技术快速发展之后已进入相对稳定成熟，随着产品专业化生产的发展、我国汽车产业规模和市场容量的进一步提高，产品需求将更为具大。但是该类产品在国外发达国家也没有相关的国家和行业标准，仅有相应的企业技术要求可参考。目前国内产品自主开发占据85%的市场，特别是一些跨国大公司的产品也已进入选择国产产品阶段，另一方面自主开发的产品中未发现有知识产权问题。
