writer Oscar Wilde was s howy, outspoken and unconventional. At the height of his fame, he was betrayed by his lover Lord Alfred Douglas and had to serve two years hard l abor for being himself. He died three years after he came out of prison.
, children’s literature has been repositioned as central, not secondary, shifting what children read, what we write about what children read, and what we&read as adults. At last we seem to understand that imagination is ageless. Wilde’s children’s stories are splendid. In addition, it seems to me that they should be revisited as a defining part of&his creative process.
&Fairytales&are also and always about transformation of various kinds – frogs into princes, coal into gold – and if they are not overly moralistic, there is usually a happy ending. Wilde’s fairytale transformations turn on loss.

&& Personally, if we can deal with rejection well, it will have a minimal effect on us. First, we should have a positive attit that is to say, we ought to acknowledge it and keep reminding ourselves that rejection is always a possibility. Second, we can tell our family or friends what happened and how we feel about it or even cry if we want to — it’s a natural way to release our emotions. Last but not least, we should consider rejection as an opportunity for self-improvement and try our best to get accepted next time.
