第一篇SCI已经投稿，祈祷ing
终于将第一篇SCI投出去了
万事开头难
写论文的艰难历程就不多说了
将投稿的过程简单回顾一下吧
刚开始选中的是Elsevier的Signal Processing
从Elsevier网站上下载了Latex模板
编辑好了论文后在线提交
提交论文时还需要Cover
Letter和Research Highlights两个文件
Letter是按照之前论坛上看到的网友总结的模板写好的
Elsevier网站有对Research
Highlights写法的详细介绍
每个插图要作为独立文件上传
8月12日完成提交，并确认
8月17日技术检查提出四点需要修改，并给出修改后的Responses模板
1) The text layout should be with
uniform double line spacing (Research article should not exceed 30
single column, double spaced pages in length).
2) Please avoid the use of
abbreviations in keywords.
3) Figure 4 provided in the
manuscript is not cited in the text.
4) Please submit each figure as a
separate file.（最初上传图片时，每个图片都是pdf文件，系统无法识别。后将图片都改成eps格式。）
按照Responses模板很容易就修改好后，8月18日重新提交
8月25日收到编辑的信件，拒稿，研究内容与该杂志的方向不太相符：
I am not convinced that this
manuscript is well suited for this journal in its current form.
Most of the previous work in this area appears to be in the
navigation literature as is evident from your references. I am
afraid that you may not reach the targeted audience. The authors
are encourage to consider a more appropriate
publication.
伤心片刻，重新选择期刊，当然首先还是考虑Elsevier，因为这样的话论文不需要改动
但是没有找到非常符合卫星定位导航这个研究方向的杂志
最后不得不放弃Elsevier
决定投稿IET
Radar Sonar & Navigation
这是我原计划第二篇论文要投的期刊
IET对初稿的格式没什么要求，但是对文章字数和图表数量有要求
在网上搜的信息表示，IET论文要求参考文献要使用IET的论文
为了满足要求，不得不对论文图表、参考文献和文章内容进行小修改
修改完成后，8月30日提交，完成后的状态是：
EO: Not Assigned
Awaiting EO Checklist
上网查看这个状态大概需要多久
发现网友反映这个IET的状态更新很怪异
很多人过了几个月了还是这个状态
有个人说5个月一直是这个状态，然后是直接录用，牛！

【求助】投稿状态AE换成了EO是怎么回事？

我前段时间往JJCO投了篇文章，一开始是awaiting AE assignmen大约一周后变成 AE: ***, under review再过10天后现成变成了EO:***（换了一个人）状态还是under review这样是什么意思啊，我的文章到底送了外审没有啊？还是只是在编辑部内换了个编辑审审？还是外审回来换个编辑审？焦虑啊
