As it situates at the crossing of Jiangbin Avenue, Hebin East Road and No. 344 State Road, it is a comprehensive development project integrating shantytown innovation, south Shaanxi immigrant resettlement, logistics and passenger transport. The project covers an area of 100 mu, in which 3 residential groups and 133 houses (29,072 m2) are involved. Connecting Weizhuang in the north to Luofu Expressway, this part is a further extension line of Yushang Line to the south, as well as an important section of Yushang Expressway crossing the natural barrier-Qinling Mountains. Starting from east of Yuemiao in Huayin city, the route connects Lianhuo Line of national expressway, going eastward through southwest of Tongguan County, then to the south passing through the border of Tonguan and Luonan County and the Qinling Mountains to Luonan, and connects the Shangluo part of Yushang Line, achieving the connectivity with Shanghai to Shaanxi Expressway. ◆Project: Trunk Road Project from Lantian Bayuan to Shangluo Luohe New Industrial Park◆Introduction: It covers a distance of 45.2 km, in which the road from Lantian county boundary to Bao'an is 25.2 km in length. This section has been approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the working drawing design has been assessed by Shaanxi Road Bureau. ◆Project: Yiluo River Hydropower Station Project◆Introduction: Luonan County locates at the southeast of Shaanxi Province and lies at the south side of east Qinling Mountains. The mean annul land surface runoff of Luonan is 743.6 million m3, the foreign water is 101.3 million m3&and the mean annual runoff volume is 844.9 million m3. As the first grade tributary flowing of the Yellow River, Yiluo River originates from the Longtan Spring of Luoyuan Town. It runs across the Luonan County from west to east with the total running length of 129.8 km and the average gradient of 7.04‰. The total drainage area reaches 2,693 km2, account for 96.5% of the total Luonan area, with the drop of 920 m in the county. Luonan is rich in water resources and enjoys favorable advantages for development. The major branches of Yiluo River include Shipo River, Dongsha River, Shimen River, Sangping River, Xiyu River, Long River and Wenyu River, which also have high values for development. The theoretical potential hydropower resource and the developable resources in Luonan reaches 123,400 KW and 4,0300 KW, respectively. The waste water plant and trash plant, which treats 12,000 tons of waste water and 110 tons of trash daily, respectively, have been put into operation. The Grade III road totaling 3.05 km has been basically built, and the standard workshops, 30,000 m2&in area, in the incubation base for small and medium enterprises have been put into use. 33 enterprises have moved into the zone. Gaining support from Xijing Electrical Company, the park integrates technological R & D, talent development and industrial incubation, and specializes in developing small electric devices, small processing techniques and other small products, growing into a electrical industrial cluster featured with copper material processing, electric part processing, integrated circuit assembling and special instrument production.&Equipment Manufacturing Park: It locates at the northeast part of the core zone with the planned area of 3,000 mu. Under the support from Xi'an Aviation Power Institute and the growing modern material base in Shangluo, we aim to equipment manufacturing cluster that integrates environmental-protection, mining and agricultural machineries, and auxiliary and spare parts.&&New material industrial park: It locates at the northeast part of the core zone with the planned area of 3,000 mu.
