--------------------------Page1------------------------------摘结果1.?利多卡因可减轻心肌结构的损伤，光镜观察心肌纤维排列较为清楚，相对紧密，出血及炎性浸润明显少于缺血再灌注组。2.?利多卡因可保护缺血再灌注心肌功能，缺血再灌注组比较，利多晴ULVSP及士dp/dtmax再灌注后的恢复率均A'于缺血W灌注I《〖P（&0.05)。3.?利多卡因可减少炎症介质的释放，血浆IL-6和IL-8浓度明!3低于缺血W灌注组（P&0.01)。4.?利多卡因可抑制心肌细胞NF-kB的农达，缺血再灌注绗免疫阳性细胞的平均光密度值明显大于利多卡因组（P&0.01)。结论利多卡因可以有效的抑制炎症反应，减轻心肌结构破坏，从而减轻家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤，保护心功能。关键词利多卡因；心肌缺血再灌注损伤；白介素-6;白介素-8;核因子KBII--------------------------Page2------------------------------AbstractThestudyoflidocaineonreducinginflammatoryinjuryduringmyocardialischemiareperfusioninratsPostgraduateYouWangTutorProf.MingyaoZhaoandPro.GuoqiangZhaoDepartmentofPathophysiology,BasicMedicalCollegeZhengzhouUniversity,Zhengzhou,450052,P.R.ChinaAbstractObjectiveIschemicheartdiseasehasbecomethemostimportantcauseofpatientdeathsinourcountry.Recently,withthedevelopmentandpromotionofthedifficultcomplexcardiacandgreatvesselssurgery,forexamplecoronaryarterybypassgraft,PTCAandhearttransplantation,ischemicheartdiseasehasbeeneffectiveinthetreatmentandprevention.Buttheensuingmyocardialischemiareperfusioninjuryincidenceincreasedyearbyyear,thisseriouslyaffectedtheclinicaleffectsofthesetreatments.Thisstudyaimedtoinvestigatetheprotectiveeffectofanti-inflammatoryeffectsoflidocaineonmyocardialischemiareperfusioninjuryinvivo,exploretheimpactsbylidocainepoatconditioningonischemicreperfusionmyocardialcardiacftinctionandthedegreeofneutrophilinfiltration,andapproachnewmeansforthepreventionandtreatmentofclinicalmyocardialischemiareperfusioninjury.MethodsEighteenMaleandfemaleNewZealandwhiterabbitsweighting2.3-2.5kgwereusedinthisstudyandrandomlydividedintothreegroups(eachgroupofsix):shamoperationgroup,ischemicreperfusiongroupandlidocainegroup.Themyocardialischemia/reperfusioninjurymodelofrabbitswerereproducedbyligatingtheleftventricularanteriorcoronaryarteryfor40minutesandremovingtheligationlatertoIII--------------------------Page3------------------------------Abstractreperfusefor120minutesinvivo.Lidocainewasadministeredthroughintrav
