精锐教育,究竟是让人“优”还是“忧”？
“十年树木，百年树人！”如今，教育一事似乎已成了“衣食住行”外，人们最牵肠挂肚的事情了。不少家长羡慕“别人家的孩子”，因此在课内学习之余，抓住双休日、暑假等时机，忙着送孩子去相关辅导机构补习。孩子学习效果如何自然是家长们关注的重点。而这与辅导机构的资质紧密相连。这不，近日“精锐教育”是“优”还是“忧”一事，引来很多人关注。
精锐教育这一辅导机构，为何有人投诉？
一家在国内颇具影响力的辅导机构，为何会引来投诉？我抱着疑问，面对精锐负责人毫不客气地问到。“最近是有些家长因为排课等问题前来投诉，投诉类型也不一样，比如教学质量投诉、对班主任服务不满意投诉等。”
相较于一般辅导机构推诿搪塞的态度，精锐工作人员的直言不讳倒是让我惊讶万分。面对投诉，能积极处理确是好事。但引发投诉的原因恐怕更值得关注。
原来，排课事宜安排不到位主要是1对1授课对老师的要求非常高，每位老师只能带固定的几个学生，多了是不安排上课的，所以一般老师都在5月份、6月份被预定了，到了暑假期间，报名的学员特别多，老师供不应求，才造成了一些学员报了名来不及上课等问题。
精锐负责人表示：“的确不能保证100%没有投诉，但对于家长的投诉，‘第一时间处理’、‘积极处理’一直会是我们的处事态度。我们的投诉结案率达到100%。”分析投诉类型、安排对接人、召开家长会，整个流程能实现处处有人对接。难怪面对我的疑惑，精锐人能妥善处理。无论怎样，至少这服务态度和流程是让人满意的。
有人投诉是因为报名的人很多，那为啥这么多？
面对精锐人的好态度，我还是没忍住：“有人投诉主要是因为报名的人实在太多了，可是真的这么多吗？理由是什么呢？”
精锐教育某校区校长表示：“暑假班的报名人数是平时的好几倍，数量实在太多了。”在小班化教育的当下，我实在担心，精锐这么大规模的招生，能保证学生学好吗？89.3%这一数据，是精锐工作人员出示的今年精锐在读学员的进步率。“在读学员中，总分进步90分、70分的有很多，总分进步20、30分的人挺多的。”工作人员欣慰地说道。面对着这些成绩，内心尚有点犹豫的我，纠结了：信还是不信？
今年荣获全杭州市中考第二名（537分）汪同学的感慨，终于让我舒了口气，安心了。汪同学表示：“我的目标是杭二中，我刚到精锐的时候，就跟老师说了这个目标，他们为我量身制定了完整的计划，还专门为我制定了属于我的学习方案，我觉得挺效率的，让我养成了很多良好的学习习惯。如今，我的中考成绩让我挺满意的，我的下一个目标是清华大学，我将会和精锐老师一起努力，加油！”而去年，精锐的学员吕翔获得了高考707的高分。中考、高考这些不同阶段的学子在精锐都能博得高分，这恐怕不是偶然。
若您听闻过精锐教育，不妨上门一探究竟：整洁的教学环境、VIP书房、相对于其他辅导机构，精锐确实在教学环境下了不少工夫。
办教育，师资是关键，精锐真能让人“精锐”吗？
对现在的父母而言，孩子读书是大事，“读好书，好读书”更是大事中的大事。眼下，爷爷奶奶、爸爸妈妈冒着高温送孩子上补习班、培训班就是一大证明。书如何读好与师资力量密切相关。精锐的学员变多了，那教师数量与质量呢？
“必须是大学本科以上学历，有2-3年教学经验者、普通话标准，相貌端庄，人品正直，有良好的教师职业操守和服务意识等。”听到精锐工作人员坚定的回答，我算是明白了：宁缺毋滥，这课程是会排不过来的。即便如此，我百度了下，发现精锐教育在全国已经开设达100多家学习中心了，教师基本上为全国各类师范名校，比如本土的浙师大、华师大、北师大等大批来自985高校。“名牌大学或师范院校构成教学主力军，看来这教学质量挺有保证的。”
了解一番后，我有点心疼这儿的教师了。精锐的师资培训实行“三步走策略”公共课培训、岗前培训、在岗培训，这还真有点“折磨”教师65%考核淘汰率，即便上岗了，教师也要经常接受持续性与阶段性的考核。
考察了教学环境，听了高分学生的学习感言，也抱怨了精锐严格师资导致排课不畅等问题，也许精锐教育是让人在“忧”更“优”啊！
