初审被拒，看了编辑的拒稿信，请大神帮分析一下
我觉得杂志范围这块是合适的了。编辑的拒稿信，我不知道是不是随便找个理由拒绝。还是确实因为他觉得理论有问题，解决了编辑的质疑文章就能被接受。请大神帮分析一下。附拒稿信
Thank you for submitting your manuscript toNew Ideas in Psychology. Unfortunately, after reviewing your paper I have concluded that it is not suitable for publication in the journal and is unlikely to be favorably reviewed by the referees. Accordingly, the manuscript is being returned without review.
The main difficulty is that the proposed explanation of obsessions and compulsions relies on the notion of repression, yet the informal case reports in the manuscript do not make it appear that the desires in question were repressed consistently while person suffered from OCD. ?In some instances, it doesn't appear that the desires were really blocked from consciousness at all.

文章被拒后给编辑申诉信的回信，大家看看可以重投吗？
Dear professor xxx
thank yu for your message.
Because the decision is already made, I cannot send the article to another reviewer. What you may do is to re-submit your manuscript as a new publication.
If doing this, please follow the instructions given in the guide for authors, in particular:
- in the letter to editor please provide the current number of the manuscript
- please incorporate ALL comments and reply to each item by item. When applicable, please explain why a particular comment/suggestion was not acted upon.
- do not show modifications as far as it is a new submission (这句话是啥意思有点没搞明白:shuai:).
My special advice is to well describe the novelty of your work and/of your approach (because it is doubted).
The graphical abstract is not asked (please carefully read the guide for authors), so no need to provide it.
If you want to give more details/schemes/figures please use Supplementary Material option.

投稿后被主编邮件问之前有没有投过其他，如果有复制给他那个杂志的决断信。该怎么回答
楼主之前投了埃尔维斯一个杂志，送审了，两个人都要拒稿，审稿意见被批的一无是处。现在改投ACS一个期刊，今天收到主编邮件询问是否之前投过其他期刊，如果有把决断信复制给他。如果投的是ACS杂志，可以联系编辑给他审稿人的名字。
我该怎么回答？ 如果回答投过，把决断信给他但是里面附有审稿人意见怕是对自己不利。或者只给他主编的决断，不复制给审稿人意见？
如果我回答没投过，主编能不能查到因此感觉我没诚信？
急求大神们指导。等着回复邮件呢。现在稿件处于on hold 状态。

主编开始安排审稿，但不到30分钟回信说拒稿，这种情况应该申述吗？
投了一篇文章，等了两天主编来信安排：

半小时后来信

审稿人文章看也不看，几分钟就给主编回了一篇文章，说我title定义与这篇文章不符。但我用的title均参考2014年、2015年发表的文章共6篇，最近一篇发表在8月17日。所以十分郁闷，想申述看看，请各位高手看看能否可行？并且肯求给一些建议。十分感谢！

文章被拒，想申诉的问题
今天收到决定，据稿！两个人，一个没任何问题，还说写的好，建议发表。另一个审稿人提了三个问题，一个很致命。不过现在被我巧妙的解决了，感觉申诉的希望很大。第一次投稿，不知道怎么做，请教虫友，我不知道我的文章之前是分配给哪个编辑的，据稿信是主编的邮箱发的。我应该怎么做，写好了respond，是重投吗？把想法写在cover letter里可以吗？还是怎么做？？？？有经验的说说。。
恩恩，那我应该重投，那如果我重投还要走重新审稿的意见吗？原来审了很久了，编辑会直接把意见给原来的审稿人看吗？是否会比投其他期刊快一些
