好像听说这个职位发展不好？我不太清楚，我想听大家说说。想往这边转，听师兄说上海行情很不错，当年起薪7000～如今估计10K了。不知道苏州和上海差距大么？

SAP工程师是有很多种的，First Level support 和ABAP开发还是有差距的，不知道LZ是那种

和LZ还蛮有缘的 我也是这一行的
据我所知，普通的internal engineer（有的类似企业里的power user)和external consultant（外部顾问还分junior 和senior的），所以不同职位等级和类别差距还是蛮大的，如果是ABAP developer，薪资水平又不一样
然后上海和苏州的行情也差很大
目前这个职位的话 估计是在上海的发展要比苏州发展的空间大

比如说学历？语言？技术？

如果没有SAP经验想入SAP这行的话
只能看企业里有没有power user的职位待招了
要求对business process比较熟悉，因为一般用SAP的以欧美企业为多，所以对英语要求比较高。
不过如果没有SAP经验想入行的话，是有点难度的，看机遇了。

学历不是关键，苏州的外企用SAP的虽然不是很少，但是多数的都是Support Engineer，就像3楼说的那种Power User，据我所知，目前大一点的只有Bosch是自己有ABAP的开发人员的
经验的话，做Support的话需要Function的一点基本知识，才能跟用户很好的沟通，企业内部如果上SAP会让原来Support的人转过去的
技术的话，数据库，SQL的要一点，ABAP的话，看你做不做开发了，不做开发接触不到的

不知道楼上刚才说的三种职位各自做什么的呢？我听我师兄说他每天晚上5：00多开始和德国人一起开会，开到个7，8点，也蛮郁闷的～

power user基本上是first level support,不涉及大量的customizing的东西，主要就是user support和training，然后可能和总部的TEAM保持联络沟通，这样子。

Power User是企业内部人员，用户和开发团队之间的桥梁，一般是IT人员，有技术背景，可以分析用户需求，将其转化成IT的一些Process，需要了解企业内部的Process
ABAP开发人员，国内不多，因为很多企业的开发团队在总部，用ABAP语言对现有的系统进行二次开发
Consultant，外部的话，是实施公司的人员，对大概的流程和SAP系统都很熟悉，为企业提供可行实施的方案

The position of a SAP Account Maanger encompasses all aspects of business development in the Westernacher practice. The responsible area can be extended if new requirements arises. The Account Manager will support the General Manager in the following main areas of business development:
•& && &&&To promote the business of SAP products from both functional and technical perspective.
•& && &&&Identify and contact prospective clients.
•& && &&&Generate sales opportunities, and service existing accounts to achieve growth.
•& && &&&Establish and maintain customer relations with multinational companies and local enterprises.
•& && &&&Extending of business to emerging vertical markets
•& && &&&Creation of customer presentation documents
•& && &&&Provide complete and thorough information about company's products & services
•& && &&&Prepare cold calls, monthly and sales forecast report ‘on-time’ with the designated territory
•& && &&&Maintain customer database in CRM system
•& && &&&Accurately record the results for each contact
•& && &&&Monitor competitors’ activity within the territory
•& && &&&Requirements Analysis
•& && &&&Creation of proposal and contract negotiation
•& && &&&Other tasks according to supervisor’s assignment.
Requirements:
•& && &&&College or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required
•& && &&&At least 3 years experience in SAP sales area to multi-national companies
•& && &&&Sales experience in large scale and high value proposition sales experience
•& && &&&Solid understanding of the software industry, good and keen knowledge about the SAP market
•& && &&&Ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers
•& && &&&Good project management experience
•& && &&&Excellent PC skills, especially on excel, word, PPT
•& && &&&Excellent communication skills to deal with various levels of customers, especially with the foreign & senior China management
