Key responsibilities：1、负责涂装设备的规划工作。 2、编制机械气设备使用操作规程和设备点检卡，指导机械设备的规范操作； 3、提供电气设备日常维护、计划维护技术指导并进行效果评估和优化。 4、及时解决生产线设备发生的问题，保证生产线的正常运行； 5、配合设备主管工程师及时完成设备维修档案的记录管理，对设备的运转情况熟悉掌握； 6、配合生产线的工作，提高设备的运转率。 7、上级主管分配的其它相关工作。1、Responsible for planning paint equipment. 2、Prepare mechanical equipments operationa manual and inspection procedures as operating guidance. 3、Apply equipments daily maitainance, planned maitainance instruction and evaluation then make progress. 4、Solve problems during production to maitain the normal work. 5、Co-operate with euipment leading engineer to complish the record management of maitainance file. Strong capability of failure analysis and trouble shooting on site. 5、Ability of trouble shooting during production as per shifts. 6、Skiiled application of OFFICE and drawing software(such as CAD,CATIA etc.).
