貌似做糖是用氨基柱的，正相柱子，c18没试过，等楼主的结果
& &用氨基柱测糖类时采用的是示差折光检测器，利用的是糖类本身的折光指数特性；柱前衍生的方法采用的是紫外或者二极管阵列检测器，衍生化的过程就是产生紫外吸收基团以便产生紫外吸收信号。
两者的检测原理有较大的差异，因为紫外检测器的配备率比示差大得多，因此柱前衍生的方法应用面也比较广，前提是还配有柱前衍生装置。

糖的衍生一般是加PMP在碱性溶液中70℃30min完成
衍生完还要把剩余PMP用有机溶剂萃取出来
这个不能在自动进样器内完成
