如题，最近经常收不到微信的消息，刷不了朋友圈，研究了一下，好像是有个进程莫名停了，要把进程停止后再打开微信，才恢复正常。不知道有没有人遇到过这个情况，如图，第一个进程前面如果是0个进程和1个服务，微信就收不到消息，刷不了朋友圈了，如果第一个进程是1个进程和1个服务，微信就正常了。
这个情况是什么原因？要怎么处理才能解决呢？

我的升级到4.4就这样，后来又刷回4.2就好了。

昨天，就在昨天微信突然收不到别人发的消息了！
昨天小7一切正常，可是突然别人发的微信消息一个都收不到，但是我给别人发消息别人却能收到，这是怎么回事呀？所有的插件都正常，求大神给解释呀～我联系腾讯客服，客服说我的账号没问题。这到底怎么回事呀，急急急呀，难道是腾讯系统维护嘛？

你的意思是，你收不到对方的信息，如果其他人的信息，你都能接受，就是说，你不小心把对方的号码拉到了黑名单，你再仔细检查一下；
如果是，全部收不到对方的信息，建议把微信完全删除，重新下载安装。
