您好，如果是医院方的过错的话，可以请求赔偿。医疗纠纷发生后，若要申请医疗事故技术鉴定，首先必须去封存病历。封存病历必须医患双方在场，封存的病历可以是复印件，封存后由医疗机构保管。封存前患方可以要求复印客观病历。
2、疑似输液、输血、注射、药物等引起不良后果，医患双方应当共同对现场实物进行封存和启封。封存的现场实物由医疗机构保管。需要检验的应当由双方共同指定的、依法具有检验资格的检验机构进行检验。患者死亡，医患双方当事人不能确定死因或对死因有异议的，应当在患者死亡48小时内进行尸检，尸检应当经死者近亲属同意并签字。
3、申请医疗事故技术鉴定途径有三个：到所在地人民法院提起诉讼；或向所在地卫生行政部门提出申请（申请报告一式3份）；或医患双方共同向市医学会提出书面申请。人民法院和卫生行政部门认为需要鉴定的，委托市医学会组织做医疗事故技术鉴定。
