首先要在你的脑海中有积极的想法。
如果在踢任意球前有消极的想法。
比如想着可能会踢出者绵软无力的球让球飞向守门员手中或者高出门框。
如果你一直在想这些事情那么当你射门时这些事情就会真的发生。
你需要学着控制你的想法和意识。
当你把球放在地上时要对自己讲一些积极正面的话。
例如：这是一个很好的得分机会我将会把球送入球网。
我将能很好的专注好技术动作控制好我能控制的一切。
扫开一切负面的因素。
想象着球会怎么样离开自己的脚以及球会怎样旋转着转上球门上角。
这些在你脑海中的图像能帮助获得成功。
你可以把某个特定图标和印记放在地上，或者用某一个球上的印记摆放到自己将要踢球的触球点部位，这样能更加方便自己去瞄准球上的触球点。
有些队员有这样的习惯有些队友并没有这样的习惯，这个完全看你自己的喜好。
在把球往地上放时，如果踢的是真草皮尽量选一块平整的草皮，可以把球能够稳定的放在地上。
Dlyan老师的助跑距离非常短，大约只有四步这是他自己踢任意球的习惯。
你需要找到一个自己舒服的节奏、距离和技巧。
只有通过不断的练习你才能找到最适合自己的那个。
这是对我比较有效的方式把球放在地上然后向后退大约四步像这个距离。
他的习惯助跑不是像小贝那斜45°角然后摆腿绕着皮球扫出去。
而是一个30°的角，助跑跑向皮球。
Dlyan老师更喜欢踢弧线球而不是电梯球。
这是因为蝴蝶球是非常不稳定的大约踢10-20次才能踢出一个好球。
会用脚内侧大脚趾根部的侧面位置。
我会踢差不多球的底部位置。
击球点不要太低而是要在底部三分之一的位置。
如果你的球飞的很高那可能是你的击球点太低了。
如果球飞不起来那可能是你的击球点太高了。
分析自己的技术做出适当的调整。
想要让球越过人墙再下降，皮球下降的线路取决于我的随前摆动。
做出一个扫腿的拉球然后让球最后下坠。
可能有一些球员在踢任意球时跳起然后用摆腿脚落地。
我想要做的是带着我的随前摆动朝向我的目标方向。
错误示范：不要在踢完球之后跳起然后把摆腿脚落在原地。
正确示范：向前推向目标方向，引导并把球推向目标方向。
然后把射门脚向前落在地上。
跟着这个脚部向前摆动。
这一部分的技术环节就是让球在越过人墙之后能够产生明显下坠的关键所在。
当我在看人墙时我会盯着人墙上方的一个点看。
在专注于想要把球踢向那个角。
但也要非常注意让皮球能够越过人墙。
最后通过技术动作让球完成剩余的部分【下坠部分】。

关注自己的技术让球越过人墙，这样就能让球飞向目标点。这就是需要大家不断练习的部分，仔细看这些技术细节并自己尝试着去练习。
