data-original=&https://pic2.zhimg.com/50/cd5cf741bba0ffd8304d0c_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&br&&p&如上图所示，我会从4个方面来说记笔记这件事情：&/p&&p&&b&1、工具的选择&/b&&/p&&p&我们应该选择纸质笔记本，还是电子笔记本？不同工具的优劣性如何？&/p&&p&&b&2、笔记体系的构建&/b&&/p&&p&我们应该建立起属于自己的一套笔记体系，方便后面的整理、检索和使用。&/p&&p&&b&3、记笔记实操&/b&&/p&&p&我会以一些具体的例子，从感性的层面介绍自己是如何记笔记的。&/p&&p&&b&4、笔记的整理和检索&/b&&/p&&p&当笔记库越来越庞大之后，如何方便地进行整理和检索？&/p&&p&下面正式开始：&/p&&br&&p&&b&一、工具的选择&/b&&/p&&p&笔记的载体可以有很多，比如纸质的本子，又比如像有道云笔记、Evernote之类的在线笔记工具。假如你是一个重度笔记使用者的话，我的第一个建议是：&/p&&br&&p&请一定要使用在线笔记！&/p&&p&请一定要使用在线笔记！&/p&&p&请一定要使用在线笔记！&/p&&br&&p&我知道这个观点肯定会得来很多纸质笔记爱好者的强烈反对。而且确实有些时候，我们也不方便记电子笔记：比如有时候在外不方便用电脑和手机，又比如有些人不喜欢看纸质书的时候打开电脑记电子笔记，而喜欢在纸上记笔记的感觉。&/p&&br&&p&这样其实也没有问题。大家可以先按平时的习惯记纸质笔记，在后面我还会介绍如何将自己的纸质笔记数字化，更加方便后续标注、管理和检索。&/p&&br&&p&之所以强烈推荐电子笔记，是因为纸质笔记的缺点太多，而电子笔记的优点太多！&/p&&br&&p&&b&纸质笔记的缺点:&/b&&/p&&p&1、记录速度慢&/p&&p&无论如何，写字的速度是很难比上打字的速度的，假如你每天记笔记的量比较大，采用纸质笔记无形之中会增加很多记笔记的时间。&/p&&p&2、不方便携带&/p&&p&纸质笔记本时代，我一年下来记录的笔记最少都超过10本，几年下来随便几十本。假如你外出的话，显然是不可能将这些笔记都随身携带的，万一在外要查找某些笔记资料，基本上就不可能了。&/p&&p&3、不方便检索&/p&&p&笔记的量一旦大起来，如何快速从中检索出所需的资料就会成为一个很大的难题。纸质笔记本你当然也可以制作各种检索工具（比如标签条之类的），但整体还是非常麻烦。&/p&&br&&p&&b&电子笔记的优点：&/b&&/p&&p&纸质笔记的各种缺点，恰好是电子笔记极具优势的地方。电脑打字（甚至是手机打字）的速度要快过提笔写字，而基于云端的笔记，可以很方便的在电脑和随身设备（手机，iPad等）之间实时同步，并且数字资料的检索天然占据优势。&/p&&br&&p&除此之外，电子笔记还有以下天然的优势：&/p&&br&&p&1、记录的形式更加丰富&/p&&p&除了单纯的文字和手绘表格、图像之外，我们可以用电子笔记来记录照片、录音甚至视频等多媒体资料。&/p&&p&2、防丢失&/p&&p&就算保管的再好，纸质笔记本也有可能遗失或者损坏。而现在主流的云端笔记工具，只要你别脑残地忘记密码，资料永远都丢不了。&/p&&p&3、协同和分享功能&/p&&p&现在大部分电子笔记工具，都可以很轻松地将笔记内容分享给他人，有些工具甚至可以在团队内部进行协同编辑记录，这点是纸质笔记很难做到的。&/p&&br&&p&所以我下面介绍的所有内容，都是基于电子笔记这一工具来开展的，尤其重点介绍本人最喜欢的Evernote（印象笔记）这个工具。&/p&&br&&p&说到这里，大概也说一下，现在好用的笔记工具其实蛮多选择的，比如说：有道云笔记、为知笔记、Onenote，乃至一些强大的Markdown工具如MAC上的Ulysses等等都是非常棒的工具。这些工具大部分我都使用过，最终选择了Evernote，是因为它在整体满足性上程度最高。&/p&&br&&p&对这些笔记工具，我简单做了一下对比总结：&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/50/ec4bbdbace37261ccc6b3_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&br&&p&因为很多工具都是早期用的比较多，只靠记忆难免出错，假如哪里不正确还麻烦大家提醒我。&/p&&br&&p&之所以说Evernote整体满足性最高，是因为我特别喜欢它的如下特性：&/p&&br&&p&&b&1、全文检索（貌似需要付费会员才有）功能：&/b&用来检索资料绝对是必需的一个功能&/p&&p&&b&2、图片文字OCR智能识别：&/b&这个功能的意思是，假如你的笔记中有图片，而这些图片中有文字，那么Evernote可以智能识别图片中的文字，用这些文字作为关键词，你同样可以检索出这些图片资料，简直不要太好用。&/p&&p&&b&3、强大的碎片知识和素材搜集功能：&/b&利用Evernote的剪藏功能（需要安装拓展），可以非常方便地将电脑浏览器的文章或者部分内容保存到自己的笔记里面。利用微信公众号的“我的印象笔记”这个服务号，我们在微信看到喜欢的内容一键分享到“我的印象笔记”即可永久保存（微博里面则只要@我的印象笔记即可）。此外，基本上所有的主流APP都有将内容保存到Evernote的功能选项。利用这个功能用来搜集网络上碎片化的文章和素材超级方便！&/p&&p&&b&4、离线收藏功能（貌似需要高级会员才有）：&/b&举个例子，微信是自带收藏功能的，我们在朋友圈看到一篇文章觉得很好，就将它收藏。但是假如原作者将这篇文章删除的话，我们就打不开了。而Evernote的离线收藏功能，相当于将文章新建一个备份保存到你的笔记里面，即便原内容被删除了，也不影响我们自己笔记的内容。（这也是为什么后面我不用Pocket这个稍后阅读工具的原因。虽然Pocket也提供离线收藏功能，但一年的服务费很贵，并且它的功能太单一了不划算）。&/p&&br&&p&这里再简单说一下Onenote，作为微软家出的笔记软件，其实Onenote也是非常强大好用的。但是它对内容的组织方式是“笔记本+页面”，这种组织方式适合用来撰写组织架构非常明确的内容（比如写一本书），但是用来记零碎的笔记，特别是碎片知识整理就不好用了。&/p&&br&&p&所以我现在的习惯是：写自己要出版的书的时候我会用Onenote，其他时候更多是用Evernote。&/p&&br&&p&其他诸如有道云笔记、为知笔记等，因为后期实在没有用，所以没有发言权。用过的朋友也可以介绍一下。&/p&&br&&p&&b&二、笔记体系的构建&/b&&/p&&br&&p&选择了一个好工具，接下来我们就需要构建自己的笔记体系。这种体系，宏观来说就是我们如何分类笔记、管理笔记、使用笔记的方式。&/p&&br&&p&每个人记笔记希望达到的目的都是不一样的，比如有些人的笔记就是用来记录生活中的琐事（就是记日记），有些人只记读书笔记，还有些人把笔记当成待办事项来用，等等。&/p&&br&&p&就我个人而言，主要通过笔记来完成如下工作：&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/50/81df053b90dd8fdae55db60_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&br&&p&其实之前我还用Evernote来记录待办事项以及撰写书稿、记日记。但是后来发现其实有更好的独立工具来完成这些事情，比如现在我用Wunderlist来记录待办事项，用Dayone来记日记，用Onenote来写书。灵感记录方面，第一首选工具也变成了Clear。&/p&&br&&p&下面分别简单说说上面的这些分类：&/p&&br&&blockquote&&p&&b&读书笔记：&/b&这是我记笔记的主要内容之一。其实读一本书，内容很快就会忘记，这时候我们回头再看一遍又太浪费时间。通过读书笔记的方式，把书的精华内容和阅读心得记录下来是非常好的方式。&/p&&p&&b&运营心得：&/b&因为现在在运营一个公众号，中间会有很多成功和失败的操作。好记性不如烂笔头，每次我都会及时写运营笔记，然后时不时回过头去复习，还是非常有帮助的。&/p&&p&&b&讲课讲义：&/b&经常会收到邀请，给网友做线上分享。我会先在Evernote里写好讲稿，并且记录下每次分享的时间点等关键信息。&/p&&p&&b&文章搜集：&/b&这是我的笔记里面最多的组成部分，没有之一。每天都会通过网页、微信、APP等渠道把大量的好内容收藏到Evernote里面。&/p&&p&&b&语音记录：&/b&现在参加培训或者重要的洽谈，你一直在电脑上打字或者手机打字是很不礼貌的，用录音笔又不方便后期管理。现在我都是打开Evernote里面的录音功能来进行声音记录。&/p&&p&&b&扫描资料：&/b&这是非常重要的一点！就是通过扫描或者拍照的方式，将纸质的资料数字化，非常方便后续的管理。这点后面我也会详细说。&/p&&p&&b&素材搜集：&/b&和文章搜集其实差不多，只不过是把可能以后会用到的图片、文字片段等建立一个单独的分类管理起来。&/p&&p&&b&生活信息：&/b&就是私人相关的一些有必要记录的信息。&/p&&/blockquote&&br&&p&了解了这些笔记需求，下面我们就可以进入到“构建笔记体系”的环节了。&/p&&br&&p&首先我们来看看Evernote是如何管理笔记的（因为个人笔记涉及比较多敏感内容，下面临时建立了一个账户来演示，仅作示意）：&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/50/c0cd807f0c0a9e4d576040_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&br&&p&我们看到，Evernote里面最基本的内容单元叫“笔记”，然后主要通过笔记本、标签和地图集3个属性来管理笔记。&/p&&br&&p&这3个属性，地图集是我用得最少的，它主要是通过地点来管理笔记。比如某条笔记你是在广州记录的，另外一条是在北京记录的，那么可以集中查看某个地点记录的笔记。&/p&&br&&p&我个人用的最多的是笔记本和标签两个功能（其实也是不得不用）。&/p&&br&&p&笔记本是一种强组织属性的笔记管理方式，适合将某一类强共同属性的笔记放在一个笔记本里面。同时，一条笔记只能同时归属于一个笔记本。&/p&&br&&p&标签是一种弱组织属性的笔记管理方式，适合将具有某些共性的笔记打上同一个标签。同时，一条笔记可以同时有好几个标签。&/p&&br&&p&了解了这种笔记组织管理的方式，我们就可以根据实际需求来构建体系了。&/p&&br&&p&构建的核心理念：笔记本尽可能扁平化组织（数量尽可能少），标签尽可能立体化组织（数量尽可能多且具体）&/p&&br&&p&以读书笔记为例，我们看的书可能五花八门，种类很多。那么每一类书假如都新建一个笔记本的话，笔记本的数目就会急剧增加，以后我们一打开笔记软件，里面密密麻麻都是笔记本，根本找不到自己想要的内容。&/p&&br&&p&所以最适合的方式应该是：我们就建立一个笔记本，名字叫“读书笔记”。但是以后每写一条读书笔记的时候，都要尽可能给它打上具体化的标签。比如说我们读了KK的《失控》，我们的笔记大概可以记成以下样子：&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/50/bdc9734d95bfdc17ff4797_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&br&&p&又比如文章搜集，因为还包括了：新媒体运营、营销推广、活动策划、公众号相关等细分类目，但分类又不是很多。这些文章假如只新建一个“文章搜集”笔记本，以后阅读起来就会稍微有些杂乱。所以比较好的方式是根据这几个子分类，各自建立一个笔记本。但是每条笔记，可以打上更加细化、具体化的标签，如下图所示：&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/50/66ed755c8dd10e3b31dbf3_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&br&&p&其他体系的构建与此类似，不再一一细说。&/p&&br&&p&通过这种方式，相当于给我们的所有笔记搭建好了一座存放内容的大楼，大楼里有很多房间。以后我们记录内容或者搜集的内容，只要分门别类地存放到房间里面即可。&/p&&br&&p&这样做的好处是：&/p&&blockquote&&p&&b&1、有条理：&/b&很多人喜欢记笔记，但是所有的内容都不分类的放在一起。这样的话以后浏览起来乱七八糟，也很难找到自己想要的内容，这样的笔记效果就不好了。&/p&&p&&b&2、使用方便：&/b&以后温习笔记的时候，我们既可以按照笔记这种强属性统一浏览某一分类的内容，又可以通过标签浏览同一细化属性的文章，效率倍增。&/p&&/blockquote&&br&&p&这里有一个非常需要注意的点：虽然标签是弱属性的组织方式，但我们还是应该尽量避免标签数量太多。所以在新建标签的时候，最好还是给自己制定一些原则，避免以后标签多到完全不可用。&/p&&br&&p&我建议的方式是：标签记录到比笔记所属的分类层次再下一个级别就可以了，不要太过具体。&/p&&br&&p&举个例子：“读书笔记”是顶层分类，再下一个层级可能是“科技类读书笔记”或者“小说读书笔记”，但你如果新建一个“《失控》读书笔记”那就太具体了。读的书一多，你的标签就会多到不得了。&/p&&br&&p&&b&三、实操技巧&/b&&/p&&br&&p&下面我会以读书笔记和网络知识搜集整理两个分类为例，具体介绍如何记笔记。&/p&&br&&p&&b&A、读书笔记&/b&&/p&&br&&p&很多人读书的时候喜欢一边读一边记笔记，我认为是不好的习惯。毕竟人的思维是单线条的，很难同时做两件事情。你阅读的时候记笔记，相当于打断了阅读思路，这样读起来就会断断续续，效率很低。&/p&&br&&p&我个人的阅读习惯是这样的（仅限于比较重要的书籍阅读，如果是小说之类娱乐类书籍另说）：&/p&&br&&blockquote&&p&&b&第一遍：&/b&快速浏览目录和书籍内容，内容不必深究，主要建立起对书本内容的整体认知&/p&&p&&b&第二遍：&/b&根据第一遍的快速浏览，我认识到了书籍里哪些章节是重要的，哪些章节是次要的。哪些章节对自己有用，哪些章节可以忽略不看，哪些章节是次重要的。哪些章节的内容自己之前已经了解了，哪些章节是自己完全不熟悉的。然后按照重要程度排个优先级，重点阅读优先级高的内容。&/p&&p&&b&第三遍：&/b&根据实际需求和自己的时间，阅读次优先级的内容。&/p&&p&&b&第四遍：&/b&如果有必要有时间，再完整阅读一遍全书。&/p&&/blockquote&&br&&p&这4次阅读，也会对应我们读书笔记的不同组成部分。一般来说，我的读书笔记会包括下面几部分的内容：&/p&&br&&p&第一部分：思维导图&/p&&br&&p&思维导图，主要是对全书的框架和核心内容做一个梳理，让人在最短的时间内能够对一本书建立整体认知。这张图，其实在第一遍“速读”阶段就可以画好了。&/p&&br&&p&第二部分：重点内容总结&/p&&br&&p&罗列全书的重点章节和推荐阅读章节信息，以及简单总结这些章节的核心知识点，以及自己阅读这些章节和知识点的个人总结。&/p&&br&&p&这部分内容是在第二遍“重点阅读”阶段完成的。&/p&&br&&p&第三部分：书评&/p&&br&&p&第二遍或者第三遍完成后，自己写的对这本书的简单评价和核心总结。&/p&&br&&p&以小米的《参与感》为例，我当时阅读完后做的读书笔记大概是下面这个样子的：&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/50/3ccfc7c24fb0aac932cd1a2f853ebd62_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&br&&p&这是第一部分的思维导图，这部分内容即和原书的目录有些相似，又根据自己的实际需要和判断做了一些删减和提炼。一般我的习惯是只记录下自己需要的核心内容，把相对没那么重要的部分去掉，同时会根据自己的理解和总结对内容进行二次总结提炼。&/p&&br&&p&有了这张图，不管什么时候看到，我们马上可以在脑海里快速建立起对《参与感》这本书的整体认知，并且知道每个重要部分的核心内容。&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/50/cc351fa127f_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&br&&p&这是截取的第3部分，主要是从顶层角度对全书内容进行简短精炼的总结。假如书中有些观点自己有不同意见，也可以写下来自己的反面意见和思考。&/p&&br&&p&通过这种方式写出来的读书笔记，质量和可用性都是非常高的。有总体框架、有精华内容、有全面总结，该具体的具体，该精炼的精炼。即便是从未读过这本书的人，只是阅读这篇读书笔记，都能够快速建立整体认知，并且Get到精华点。假如先看了这篇读书笔记（比如发给朋友），再去看书，效率绝对得到极大的提升。&/p&&br&&p&&b&B、网络知识搜集整理&/b&&/p&&br&&p&Evernote提供了多种手段，帮助我们可以非常轻松地将浏览器内容、微信内容、微博内容以及APP内容分享到自己的笔记里面。&/p&&br&&p&以浏览器为例，假如你使用的是Chrome浏览器，可以安装Evernote的剪藏插件，利用这个插件就可以很方便的保存网页内容了，如下图所示：&/p&&br&&figure&&img
