以前我能成功接通TX人工服务的方法就是！0755-83768788按4-0！（工作日的工作时间内打）然而在我发现过后大概两个月！被停用了！！！以下是事情缘由。前天我被莫名其妙的冻结了微信（非本人操作，也无不良记录）后来在和微信工作人员的交谈下得知可能是他人知道了我的一些个人信息，通过绑定的银行卡冻结的。（所以大家真的应该好好保护好自己的私人信息！特别是涉及钱财的相关！）然后他人恶意冻结我的微信。后来当天一个私人号码打电话过来说是微信客服（然而真正的相关人员绝对不会用一个私人号码联系你而且也不会在你联系他之前联系你。因为我哥在TX，后面通过内部申诉，才让一个客服打电话给我了解相关情况，后面他就给我解冻了。），想套我的一些银行卡密码啊，多少钱啊，支付密码的一些情况（问到这个相关问题时！千万要留心！）因为是他人冻结的，所以自己通过自助系统根本不可能解冻，因为设备不一致。然后进入申诉需要解冻，解冻需要申诉的这个弱智一样的死循环。在这里严重希望腾讯针对这个BUG好好改善一下！申诉一般也很难成功（我试了最少十次，全部失败），会出现申诉失败。综上所诉，一般这种情况只能通过人工客服来解决。好的，那么问题来了。我也是碰到这种情况了才知道，原来腾讯这个大公司的人工客服是有多难找！我花了两天时间来找怎么接通人工服务，一个一个方法的试！真是既浪费时间又让人心情不好！你要通过自助系统来解决问题就把自助系统完善好啊！不要出现那个死循环的低级错误啊！要么你就安排人工服务啊！容易找到人工服务啊！！跟找迷宫一样！！！
