2月8日,抖音电商举办了“寻找同行者”·优质内容分享会。北京师范大学新闻传播学院教授、中国传媒经济与管理专业委员会理事长喻国明在会上进行分享时表示,“电商行业是具有经济创新活力的典范,在经济建设和人民生活当中扮演举足轻重的角色,而内容是电商行业生命之本,是连接用户和商品的中枢系统。”当下,内容成为电商发展新阶段的根本和抓手,优质专业、差异化的内容将成为电商行业的‘硬通货’。电商行业已经从“消费可及性”过渡到“消费品质化”阶段,优质、专业、差异化的内容是电商行业的“硬通货”。抖音电商积极践行平台责任,通过一系列举措,明确了优质内容的标准和创作的规范,有效保障了电商内容生态的健康,维护了消费者权益。电商无序增长时代结束 内容电商正在崛起直播带货真正进入人们视野是在2020年,受外部影响,线上购物、娱乐、运动的生活模式变得更加普遍,而成就这一切的基础就是电子商务,其具有的普遍性、便捷性、协调性等特点使得商品流通成本更低、价格更便宜,消费更加便利,可以说电商的发展改变了大众生活。直播带货发展早期,低价似乎是吸引人们的最大卖点。但是随着东方甄选2022年的突然爆红,更多人感受到直播带货的内容进化,短视频和直播带货正式步入下半场——“内容电商”。带货半年如往常一样进行知识讲解的董宇辉意外爆火出圈,用20天促使东方甄选涨粉近2000万,仅2022年6月带货的销售额就达到6.81亿元,这在以往不可想象。一年时间,东方甄选系列账号粉丝总量已突破3600万,总销量达1825万单。东方甄选能够凭借知识带货,从默默无闻到成为行业顶流,背后反映出的是内容电商的强势崛起,也见证了直播带货从原来的“叫卖式”带货往有趣、有知识、有内涵的内容带货转变。优质创作者代表芳芳正如90后女孩芳芳在“寻找同行者”·优质内容分享会上所分享的经验,在滋补食材批发店生意不佳的情况下,芳芳尝试开通了抖音账号@芳芳一人食,模仿老港片的影调,用短视频教大家煲靓汤、煮生滚粥,介绍广式经典美食,受到了上百万网友的喜爱,也引起了大家对广东滋补食材的兴趣。现在,芳芳一场直播最多能卖出200多斤羊肚菌,不仅让老店起死回生,也通过具有地域特色的内容创作,将家乡美食传播到了全国各地,真正实现了效益和传播的双赢。抖音电商提前布局电商内容生态建设东方甄选的成功是2022年优质电商内容爆发的缩影,这其中除了归功于创作者扎实新颖的内容,也离不开平台的扶持。抖音电商在内容生态建设方面的提前布局和一系列政策起到了推波助澜的作用。2022年1月,为吸引更多优质创作者,丰富抖音电商内容生态,抖音电商推出“寻找同行者”计划,通过“山货上头条”“看见手艺计划”“全民好书计划”等专项扶持计划,助力他们获得更多关注和机会,在平台实现更长远的发展。优质内容的培育不是一锥子买卖,需要长期且持续的投入,这离不开抖音电商为良好内容生态搭建的基础设施。去年3月底,抖音电商启动“春雨计划”,首期提供200亿精品流量用于创作激励;4月底,抖音电商推出“优质作者精神”,构建正向的达人带货价值体系,即“滚烫事业、成己达人”“真实可信、专业有趣”“高效履约、共赢致远”“守规立信、助益社会”,引导电商作者从自身、消费者、商家和社会这四个维度,建立明确的价值导向,并以此对其经营行为进行校准。在推动电商内容生态发展的同时,抖音电商先后推出《电商创作者管理总则》《电商内容创作规范》《电商优质内容说明书》,同时推出短视频预审工具,帮助创作者提前诊断短视频质量及合规问题,主动厘清平台上电商运营者的责任边界,在强化带货达人的自我规范意识的同时,推动直播电商行业的健康有序发展。“春雨计划”的启动让更多优质创作者获得展示风采的空间,无论是毕业于景德镇陶瓷大学的手艺人周馨;还是辞去《中国花卉报》稳定记者工作,致力于绿植养护的周昆;亦或是听取网友意见打开思路,“爆款”频出的玩具商家优趣优品的玩具店店主刘丰铭,他们都是通过制作优质内容找到新的发展路径、开拓了新的事业,在获得用户信任和喜爱的同时,事业和生活也上了新的台阶。如今,在抖音电商,人人都可以通过展示不可复制的自我,让独特美好的生活方式被看见,进一步实现更大的自我和社会价值。“三百六十行,行行出状元”每个行业都能在抖音电商找到适合自己擅长的表达方向,用输出内容干货带动产品销售。随着商家、达人贡献的优质内容不断累积,抖音电商内容宽度的边界也将进一步延展,促使行业良性可持续发展。发力优质内容 商家、用户和平台三方共赢北京师范大学新闻传播学院教授、中国传媒经济与管理专业委员会理事长喻国明2022年11月,北京师范大学传播创新与未来媒体实验平台发布了《电商行业内容生态健康指数(ECHI)报告》,从数据维度解析了当前电商行业中新变量“优质内容”的重要性。报告对中国电商行业淘宝、拼多多、京东、快手、抖音电商、微博、小红书等27家不同类型平台进行综合研究,其中,以抖音电商作为代表的新型电商平台在电商行业内容生态健康指数评估中排名领先。“内容”是抖音电商的根本,“优质内容”是抖音电商继续通往未来的阶梯。抖音电商推出“春雨计划”的核心就是希望为商家和消费者提供一个相对确定的价值阵地,而发展优质内容对商家、用户和平台而言是三方共赢的结果。从商家角度来看,优质的带货直播、短视频转化率高,拥有长久生命力,能够提升长期经营效益;从用户角度来看,高质量的电商内容既愉悦心情,又能快速获得商品信息,缩短下单决策时间;从抖音电商角度看,脱颖而出的优质商家和达人共同构成了抖音电商的美好生态,同时也是抖音电商美好生态的受益者。未来,抖音电商的“优质内容”供给将逐渐放大。抖音电商明星作者运营负责人高亚轩表示,今年,抖音电商将通过无忧联盟、鹊桥计划等项目,继续扶持优质创作者,加深整个内容生态与消费者的兴趣连接,让更多用户、创作者与美好生活一路同行。
