一般贸易邮件中&告知&或者&通知&英语都不用&tell& 吧?
你的turning out 怎么用的像翻译软件翻译出来的,很牵强.
unfortunately, we've got a blackout today, and as estimated all will be done next Monday.
Blockout可以指停电吗?可能当作没有生产的理由是可以的.
那一句话那么长,用了很多逗号可以吗,应该断句.

on next monday 有on就不要用next, 有next就不用on. 最好去掉on.

unfortunately, we've got a blackout today, and as estimated ... 回复7楼的，我觉得回复EMAIL时候都很随便。也许你从书本上看来的外贸英语要用inform，但是inform是书面英语，用在email里面就相当于板起脸来说话，如果你是买方的话可能可以这样说，但是如果你是卖方的话是要绝对避免这种情况出现的。要用最平实的语言拉近彼此的关系，而不是死搬硬套。
至于turn out 我不知道怎么牵强了，我平时说话时也是这么说的，难道生产出一定要用produce吗？英语中有好多同义词啊，就象汉语一样，“揍你”，“打你”，“扁你”，“k你”，“捶你”，“擂你”都是一个意思啊，有什么好奇怪的？
blackout, power blackout, power cut, 都是标准的“停电”用法，不知道你有什么疑问。
你引用的那个长句子我也没搞懂，不知道你说的什么意思。如果汉语中，你说“因为停电了，所以我们下个礼拜才能交货”这个怎么断啊？ 本来就是一句话讲的同一个事情怎么断开呢？
