这是书上的一篇作文 麻烦姑娘按照BEC V的要求帮我改一下 有个问题就是作文字数是120-140 超过了 不知道要怎么删哪
题目有两张图
第一张是个柱状图

Report on average number of flights（想不好report的题目）
Introduction
This report aims to show the average number of flights by Florentino International and to sort out reasons for flights.
The bar graph clearly demonstrates that the average number of flights in departmental directors and above climbed from by 4 to 62 this year compared with last year. And account for customer meetings, the number is projected to increase dramatically to a high rate of 80.
Research on flights has spoke out the reasons for above mentioned figures. Firstly, company meeting is a crucial factor which rose from 33% to 45% this year. While the application of video conference might decrease the rate to 30% next year. In addition, customer meetings also can not be neglected which has dropped from 55% to 45% from last year to this year because of finance crisis. (去年 今年 明年 我总是不知道安放在什么地方合适).However, it has a good will to recover and it is expected to ascend sharply to 60% next year. Some other aspects have impact on the number remained on a low level of 10% to 15%.
Conclusion/recommendations (这两个哪个会更适合这篇作文呢)
Customer meetings would be increased next year, as a consequent, more emphasize should be put on this sector.

Report on staff recruitment
Introduction(不用打冒号,写完一个subtitle空一下行,下同)
the purpose of this report is to explain why our department needs more staff and to(这里的choose是跟explain并列,所以加个to表达得更清楚) choose the best recruitment method.
we need 35 new staff because in the last period (这个地方不要打逗号) not a few(不少,比较多) staff (这里用一般过去式就行了) resigned for some reasons. Therefore(比so更正式), more skilled employees(不用重复使用同一个词) should be recruited(原文有些啰嗦,而且appreciate不是那么用的). They should have at least 2 year's experience in the revelant fields, such as industrial engineering, overheads management(我个人认为既然要列举,那么最好保持相似的结构,所以我加了个overheads) and so on. Moreover,there are some recuitment methods Besides, three recruiting methods should be considered in the first place(首先用moreover表示递进,逻辑不对, 另外这句话没什么实意,反而有画蛇添足之感,看我这样改行不行). One method is delegating the task to (前面既然说的是方法,那么这里就要保持一致) recuitment agencies.but its expense is too high They are quite professional with a relatively high commission(原句用too high来形容就是已经否定了此种方法,既然如此,还何必提出来呢).The second approach is online recuitment. The advantage is that we can save the budget. However, it is comparatively hard to find serious applicants online(这样写好些,原句的思维太中式了) Consequently(正式些), I recommend the third method newspaper advertising(advertisement是&广告“, advertising是&打广告&,体会下其区别) which we have(这里就要用完成时) used many times before and it has proved to be effective(解释清楚,不能因为用的次数多就接着用).Comparing with two newspapers(如果要用compared with话,那么后面的主语应该是被比较的东西). From my point of view, I prefer to choose Echo. Although it costs 500 more than Chronicle does, its circulation(发行量) is 600,000 compared with(这里就应该用这个结构了) 400,000 of Chronicle.
Conclusion
According to these reasons,As a result(原句太chiglish了),we'd better recruit 35 skilled staff through advertising on Echo.
总结：整体给人的感觉还是不错的，但是楼主把调查结果和解决方案放在一起写给人感觉十分混乱，是个扣分点，最好分成两部分，结尾总结的部分还需加多一些。另外请楼主注意单词的正确使用，特别是compare的用法，请查字典。尽量避免中式英语的出现。加油！

Report on staff turnover
Introduction
The report aims to explain the high turnover 2008 in Parkside and to propose measures to enhance staff loyalty.
The figures clearly show that the high number of staff leaving stores is a problem only affect Parkside in 2008 while staff turnover in Highgate remained on a low level. The number of staff leaving Parkside has increased dramatically from 5 to 20 . This unfortunately has a hazard on customer service. (dramatically可以用在不好的因素的显著上升上么) (hazard可以这样用吗)
Research amongst staff revealed their requirements. Firstly, training is requested by an ocean of staff which would also benefit the company as the service is to improve. Another excellent idea is bonus schemes should be carried out for valued staff which would boost staff moral as well as promote a sense of loyalty. It is absolutely that the demand for more paid holiday can not be met.
Recommendations
Based on the findings, I would recommend that training and bonus schemes should be offered to promising staff to promote staff loyalty.
(最后的recommendations 老师说的是report要正式 所以不要I 或者we 这样的词 所以 是不是最后一段应该写成 it is recommended that+….)

Additionally, I would like to know the size of units you can provide. Besides(这里不是递进关系啊), could you tell me who qualifies for(注意qualify的用法和主谓一致) the financial help. Furthermore, as you have advertised that(改成这样子,请作者体会下) skilled labour force are provided in the area, I would appreciate it if you can send us more specified details about the labour costs in the area and its comparison with others’(我帮你改成了这样,看看是不是更顺口些).

总结：文章总体来说是不错的。但是个人认为，作者用 I 作主语显得太egoecentric了，换成 WE 比较好。另外虽然对于题目中的点都有提及，但最好能适当展开来解释说明下原因。很不错~继续努力！

Report on demand for workforce（仍旧是想不好report题目）
Introduction
The report aims to explain the reason why there is a need of staff in xx department.
The figures clearly demonstrate that there is a serious lack of staff in my department. The average number of units orderd increased sharply from 200,000 2001 to 400,000 2003 while the workforce remained on a low level of 55, which is absolutely not enough.
There comes a staff newsletter in February 2004 shows requirements of employees. Firstly, a new big order from an international company has been achieved whichs call for a dramatically rise in quantity. In addition, to award valued staff, annual holidays has increased to 5 weeks per year, and this directly put a heavy burden on shortage of staff.
There is another to be emphasized that XX has complained about the last order which has been postponed for six weeks in ariving. It goes without exaggeration that there would be fewer delays if had more staff.
Recommendations
It is recommended to take on more staff to meet the increased order.
