英语辞职信应该怎么写?
Please accept my resignation as associate chemist at the GERT Institute. I plan to leave my job here on September 30, 2012, taking a few days of annual leave just prior to that effective date.
As you know, my primary interest has been in the oil and gas industry. Therefore, I’ve accepted a position with Fury Refining, Inc., that should put me back in touch with my “first love.”
Although I’m eager to accept the challenges in this new position, I regret leaving the institute. You and the organization as a whole have treated me very well over the past three years. I won’t forget the friendship and professional growth I’ve experienced as an employee here.

别人做的,我们自己来做,当然是不行的。就跟我经常跟他们说的,别人提供的是一个方式,接下来是你要在这个基础上创新。别人填表格,我们也照做,不是不行,那也得有经常联系的客户,这样,是方便他们随时询价。那我们只是一张表,又没有联系的比较紧密的客户,别人怎么花时间在这上面呢。大家都知道国外比较懒,说实话我也很懒,那作为一个懒人,如果找产品供应商,我最想也是最理想的方式:通过B2B平台群发就好了,一个内容,多个收件人,然后就等报价好了。我难不成还一个一个的去填表格,我真觉得烦。
那我们怎么做的与众不同呢,我这么想的,不一定对:你把公司产品名称写上,规格,参数写上,再给他们编号,举例:我做钢材,我的网站可以这么弄,名称:A1 : 201 stainless coils , Surface :2B , Material :201,size :0.6*... 这些是要在网站上写清楚的。这个编号就是A1,然后再表格中列出A1,A2,A3.......这样,可以减少别人的很多工作量,就是做选择题,大家以前考试多块,只是不同的是,以前我们怕做错,可是这个只要点点规格什么的,又没有对错,另外一点,这样的好处,就算以后客户说产品不是他们要的,你们系统也有备份客户当初的选择,还怕啥呢。同样因为你的产品很详细,所以别人针对性忒强。要独特,要发展,不然还是那句话,别人吃肉,我们喝粥,等别人喝粥我们喝汤,等别人喝汤的时候我们等死,市场有很多变数,我们经常听面试官说如何把握市场,纯粹的扯淡,要能把握市场,我干嘛要上班,我开公司好了,只有市场的多变性才能有我们的生存,我们要去适应市场的多变,去了解,把握这个词真的是出自一个没水准人的口中。就跟恋爱一样,就是每个每个人的性格,眼光,特有爱好不一样,才有了每个人有每个的选择,要是大家选择都一样,世界就乱了。我们做任何事情都是要考虑因为有多变性才有我们的存在及发展。改变下,会有意想不到的效果。

对于发件人,每个人的行文习惯不一样,最好不要随大流、千篇一律地按照网上那些开发信模板去写,邯郸学步。对于收件人,有的喜欢看详细介绍的(产品、功能、价格、起订量、运费、量产周期。。。),而开发信当然不可能一次性就提到这些,要不然就直接进了垃圾邮箱。有的可能没那么多的时间看你的……

找邮箱的时候,要找对收件人,直接找该产品相关的进口商/批发商。大部分神人还是靠google,一些靠软件,或者直接买。此前建议验证一下邮箱是否有效,要不然发了后退信一大堆,纯粹浪费表情。。。
至于开发信,还是自己感觉吧,换一下角度,当你打开邮箱后看到新的广告/推荐邮件是什么心情…… 个人认为:不用说客套话,直奔主题吧。。。
