各教学系、全校学生： 　　2011年下期全国大学英语四、六级考试和高等学校英语应用能力考试将于本月17、18日举行，本期期末考试也将在本月下旬开始举行，为进一步加强考试管理，严肃考试纪律，现对两项考试的有关工作强调如下： 　　一、全国大学英语四、六级考试是一项国家级的考试，考试规模大，考试环境复杂，社会影响大，国家教育部和省教育厅高度重视，根据教育部考试中心有关文件和省教育考试院考务工作会议精神，现对考生考试纪律和监考人员履行监考职责强调如下： 　　1、考生考试纪律及注意事项 　　（1）考生入场必须同时携带准考证、学生证和身份证（或其他有效身份证明），准考证上还必须有电子照片，缺以上证件的须提前准备，以免耽误考试。 　　（2）考生须按规定时间准时入场和离场：上午8:45开始入场，下午2:45开始入场；上午9:00后不准入场，下午3:00后不准入场。考试结束前不准提前离场。 　　（3）考生只准携带必要的物品入场，如2B铅笔、黑色签字笔、橡皮及听力考试所需工具；禁止携带任何书籍、笔记、资料、草稿纸、电子记事本以及各种无线通信工具，违反者，按考试违规处理。 　　（4）考生在答题前应按有关要求认真填涂答题卡上的姓名和准考证号，在答题规定时间前，不准翻阅试题册和提前答题。 　　（5）考试结束铃声响时，考生要立即停止答题，将试卷、答题卡和草稿纸放在桌上，待监考老师检查并允许离开时方可离场，禁止考生将试卷、答题卡和草稿纸带离考场。 　　（6）严禁代考，违反者，严格按照教育部《国家教育考试违规处理办法》和学校有关规章制度的规定处理代考者和被代考者。 　　（7）诚信参考，服从考试管理，不考试违纪和作弊。考试违纪和作弊风险巨大，得不偿失（违纪违规者要记入本人的诚信档案）。据上级考试部门统计，买卖答案，利用高科技及通讯工具作弊获取特殊答案的集体作弊行为，在阅卷时能够识别，且所谓的“特殊答案”绝大多数是假“真答案”（每次考试，在全国不同的省份使用的试卷在8套以上），请广大考生不要上当受骗。 　　2、监考人员职责及注意事项 　　（1）考前必须参加学习培训，认真学习有关考试的政策、法规，熟悉《CET监考员守则》和《CET操作规程》，熟悉监考业务，增强反作弊技能。 　　（2）严格遵守《CET监考员守则》，认真履行监考员职责；严格按照《CET操作规程》组织考试各项工作，未经同意不得随意行事。 　　（3）严禁在监考期间使用无线通讯工具，尤其禁止在监考期间使用微博的现象，严禁监考人员参与或协同作弊。 　　（4）本着“预防在先，防惩结合”的原则，严把考生入场关，认真查验考生身份，禁止代考者入场；禁止考生带入违规物品或将考生带入的违规物品存放在讲台指定位置；及时制止有违纪苗头的考生；认真监考，从严监考，不得隐瞒袒护考试违规行为。 　　（5）遵守考试保密安全规定，确保考试安全；考试结束后，要回收所有试卷、答题卡和草稿纸。 　　（6）关爱考生，考生在考试期间出现身体和心理问题时，要及时予以关心并及时报告考点办公室；听力考试期间，原则上不得在考场内走动，以免影响考试。 　　二、期末考试是学校教学工作的重要环节，是教学监控和教学评价的重要手段，是推进教学改革和提高教学质量的重要载体。现对期末考试纪律强调如下： 　　1、各教学系要加强考试宣传和动员工作，结合大学英语和期末两项考试安排，召开学生考试动员大会，强调考试纪律，引导学生积极备考，营造学校良好考试环境和氛围。 　　2、学生在考试期间因病或其他特殊原因不能参加正常考试的，要提供相关证明并及时办理缓考申请手续，各系要严格把握审批条件；未申请或未通过批准而不参加考试的视为缺考，缺考者在学习期限内不准参加正常补考。　　3、各教学系要严格考试管理，严肃考试纪律，对学生考试违纪、作弊行为要从严查处，对考试违规学生要按照《湖南科技学院学生考试违规处理办法》进行纪律处分外，考试课程记零分并在学习期限内不准参加正常补考。　　4、各教学系要加强对考务人员和监考教师的管理，督导他们在期末考试期间，认真履行考务和监考职责，按照学校《课程考核规程》组织和参加期末考试的各项工作，确保本期期末考试顺利进行。 　　三、加强大学英语考试和期末考试的监督与举报工作，欢迎广大师生对此两项考试的各种违纪违规行为进行监督和举报。 　　举报电话：学校纪委（监察）：6381404 　　考试中心：83891 　　附件：1、CET考生守则 　　2、CET监考员守则
