Or you can take a 3 min walk and enjoy your coffee watching the boats and Lake at Harbour Front. Behind the building is a Longo's for grocery needs and around the corner are a whole host of quick food places like Subway, Pizza Pizza and Hoops sports bar. Sobeys, Tim Hortons, Starbucks coffee are located in 3 min walking distance.This clean and modern condo offers everything you need to feel comfortable away from home:- a restful queen size bed with brand new Orthopedic Delux mattress in the bedroom- a sofa bed in the den to accommodate extra guests- a living room with a relaxing home theatre black leather sofa with 2 reclining seats, 46 inch Samsung LED HD TV with cable service, Wi-Fi- a fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances and utensils (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, condiments, napkins, paper towels etc)- a fully stocked bathroom with fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, ear swabs, even some personal toiletries if you forgot to bring them (razor, tooth paste, brush) hair dryer- an amazing view from the balcony but also peace and quiet time once the balcony door is closed.Our guests will have access to swimming pool, sauna, gym, party room, ping pong table, pool table, theater room, library, board room.The rates are negotiable depending on the period booked.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
8. At least one renter must be at least 25 years old.

Foi o melhor apartamento que há nos hospedamos. Localiza??o excelente, próxima à CN Tower, aquário, centro de conven??es. Fácil locomo??o, com metro próximo. Restaurantes próximos. O apartamento é amplo e confortável, limpo, com tudo necessário para passarmos muitos dias. Ficamos bem acomodados.
