　　专四考试由英语专业学生四级考试命题小组负责命题与实施，在各自院校组织进行。网上没有统一的报名网址和入口，需在报名时间内到学院教务处进行报考。小编已经为大家整理了来自各地高校教务处的报名通知，请点击查看
报名时间：
&　　英语专四报名时间为每年的11月中旬到12月初，具体时间以各高校教务处的通知为准，凭所在高校的学生证集体报名——不接受其他学校的报名。【】

　　从各高校发布的【2013年英语专业四级考试报名通知】中获知，2013年专四：40元/人；专八：45元/人。但各高校略有不同，请考生以院校考点发布的通知为准。【】
报名对象资格：
&&&&&& 参加英语专业四、八级测试的学生必须是通过全国高考的在校学生，报名资格具体规定如下：
　　(一)专业四级报名要求
　　1.2011年入学的英语专业二年级本科生。
　　2.曾参加2012年专业四级测试但未通过的2010级的英语专业学生可参加此次补考，仅此一次补考机会，不参加作自动放弃，补考机会不顺延。
　　(二)专业八级报名要求
　　1.2009年入学的英语专业四年级本科生。
　　2.曾参加2012年专业八级测试但未通过的2008级学生，可以参加此次补考，但仅此一次补考机会，不参加作自动放弃，补考机会不顺延。

　　首先，考试开始前，每人一张白纸，供你听写mini-lecture，尽你最大努力记下你听到的东西，同时发答题卡（机读卡）。mini-lecture完了后，有2分钟的检查时间，这个时候就要全神贯注回忆你所听到的，检查有没有笔记错误或者没有...[]
(a)要求学生在全面理解内容的基础上逐字逐句写出全篇短文。 (b)拼写和标点符号正确无误，错误率不超过8%。 (c)考试时间15分钟。
(a)能听懂英语国家人士关于日常生活、社会生活的讲演或交谈和难度相当于TOEFL中的minitalk等中等难度听力材料，理解中心大意，抓住主要论点或情节，能根据所听材料进行推理和分析。 (b)能听懂VOA虰BC国际新闻的主要内容。 (c)考试时间约15分钟。
要求考生在全面理解所给短文内容的基础上选择一个最佳答案使短文的意思和结构恢复完整。考试时间为15分钟。
(a)能灵活正确运用教学大纲语法结构表一级至四级的全部内容。 (b)熟练掌握教学大纲词汇表对一级至四级规定的个认识词汇中的个词汇及其最基本的搭配。 (c)考试时间15分钟。
(a)阅读理解： (i)能读懂英美国家出版的中等难度的文章和材料，掌握所读材料的主旨和大意。 (ii)了解说明主旨和大意的事实和细节。 (iii)既理解字面的意思，也能根据所读材料进行一定的判断和推论。 (iv)既理解个别句子的意义,也理解上下文的逻辑关系。 (b)考试时间25分钟。
(a)要求根据所出的题目和列出的写作提纲或图表、数字统计表等(也附有写作提纲)写一篇150词左右的短文。能做到内容切题、完整、条理清楚，文章结构严谨，语法正确，语言通顺恰当。考试时间35分钟。 (b)写便条：要求根据提示写大约50--60词的通知、便条、请贴等。要求格式正确，语言得体。考试时间10分钟
