I really can't tell if Provigil helps me or not. I take it to help me stay awake due to tiredness associated with MS. Does anyone else take this and do you feel like it really helps you? ## He Debbi: For me it really does make a difference. I type at work and kept getting tired spells and falling asleep at the computer. I would fall asleep, start dreaming and wake up and this would go on repeatedly and I had to recheck my work so much that I was not getting enough done. Provigil has really helped in that department. I rarely have that problem. I have been off the Provigil a couple of times and take 1/2 a caffeine pill (even though I'm drinking coffee, doesn't help) but when I do this I have to wait for the pill to work, where as if I take Provigil it works as a preventive ag... ...

I went to the Dr for anxiety and he put me on antidepressants. I refuse to take them I'm not depressed. They also make me not act like myself. Alike many of you, I struggled through finding the best anti-depressant for me journey. What I've learned is what may work for you well, may not have the same outcome with my body chemistry. SSRI's are most successful in treating however, the loss for words (brainfog) impacts my professional togetherness. I also experience bladder urgency, fatigue and passivity on them. I've also tried SNRI's with similar outcomes. Thus, whenever my doctor offered Trintillex, I openly gave it a try. Albiet, a lack of alleviation to my anxiety level, this is the first medication that doesn't promote brain fog or fatigue. I promise, I do not work for the company, I just wanted to foster hope.
