背根神经节 TRESK 参与神经病理性疼痛的作用研究
一、研究背景
背根神经节在神经病理性疼痛的发病机制中起着重要作用。许多研究证明背根神
经节的多种钾离子通道亚型的变化是神经病理性疼痛发生、发展的必要条件。TRESK，
编码KCNK18基因，是近年来新发现的一个双孔钾离子通道亚型，在背根神经节中大
量表达。其主要功能是维持神经元细胞的静息电位，在神经元细胞兴奋过程中起着重
要作用。越来越多的研究证明了TRESK可能参与各型疼痛的发生过程，但目前并未有
关于背根神经节的TRESK参与神经病理性疼痛的研究。
本研究首先观察坐骨神经分支选择性损伤诱发神经病理性疼痛的大鼠模型中背
根神经节TRESKmRNA 的变化。在成功构建了TRESK基因重组腺病毒载体后，转染背
根神经节神经元细胞，验证其转染和上调TRESKmRNA 的效率，并研究TRESK基因上
调对背根神经节细胞P物质释放的影响。另外，对坐骨神经分支选择性损伤诱发神经
病理性疼痛大鼠鞘内注射TRESK基因重组腺病毒载体，验证其在体上调大鼠背根神经
节TRESKmRNA和蛋白的效果，并观察此变化对神经病理性疼痛大鼠痛阈的影响以及
对脊髓胶质细胞激活程度的影响。探讨背根神经节的TRESK在神经病理

2002年的韩日世界杯、2006年的德国世界杯、2010年的南非世界杯，再到今天的巴西世界杯，克洛泽都留下了进球后庆祝的空翻身影，这样的经典才是前无古人的传奇。如今12年过去了，克洛泽依旧还在，虽然已经淡出主力阵容，但他证明了自己在关键时刻依然能是德国队的救星。
显然克洛泽已经到了职业生涯的暮年，以他现在的身体状态，实在已经不太适合再做空翻这样的“剧烈运动”，所以看着他的空翻你在欣慰的同时多少也会有点心酸。本届世界杯肯定会是克洛泽的最后一届世界杯，和他一样曾经在世界舞台无比风光的70后巨星们正逐渐淡出并消失在人们的视线中。
